The Impellers are manufactured from special material. They are cast with resin cores made in hydraulic core shooter, precisely machined to closed tolerances on Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and properly balanced to the grade G6-3.
The Impellers are inspected for in-process and final inspection using latest Electro-Pneumatic Gauging System.

The bearing Bushes are manufactured from specified material LTB-4, Grade of IS 318:81 precisely machined on Specified Purpose Machines (SPM) designed for individual operation to give super surface finish and close tolerances in dimensional accuracy.

Grade annealed copper conductor and superior insulation Films having high dielectric strength.
The wire is having excellent mechanical strength to prevent any damage during its insertion in the slots.
It provides more nos. of the turns of the same conductor size due to its lower thickness of insulation as compared to PVC insulated Wire. Thus it is more suitable for low voltage and higher motor rating winding data.
The winding wire is manufactured from Virgin raw material without compromising with the Quality. That is why our winding wire is first preference of reputed O.E.Ms.
