Magnetic conveyors are very useful for removing chips from hobbing machines, gun drilling machines, broaching machines, presses etc. The conveyor can be submerged in oil tanks, and are coupled with various types of filtration systems, for easy handling of coolants and filtered coolant will be fed to the machines.   These are available in various sizes and configuration.

This type of conveyors are suitable for handling short powdered chips and sludge from the coolant effectively from high chips producing machines like spms etc. Available in width 50 mm  to 1500 mm. Safety arrangements is standard features.

Manufactured in 3 different type of drums. Plain, Serrated and Ring type for effective removal of ferrous contaminations from coolant. The geared motors of heavy duty type and gives trouble free service for number of years. Capacity 30 lpm. To 3000 lpm. The above magnetic separator capacity is 3800 ltrs/min.

There are wide range of heat exchangers like shell and tube type oil coolers, plate type heat exchanger etc. Stainless steel shell and tube type heat exchangers are manufactured as per customers specification for use in chemical, petro-chemical industries and food industries.

Universal compact band filter is designed after decades of experience and understanding the needs for latest technology in filtration. As the name suggests the system requires 70% less space than conventional band filters with higher degree of filtration utilizing minimum filter media.
The specially designed conveyor belt of semi circular shape allows greater filter area and efficiency in working. The media is sealed from all sides and there is no chance of contamination escape. The higher head of coolant that gets stored in the filter offer better filtration through the media as compared to switch mechanism. Needs almost no manual attention. Ideally suited for machine tools and process industries.
It can also be supplied with magnetic coolant filters and chilling units for higher level of filtration. Capacity can be supplied upto 2000 lpm and above.

Centralised coolant system and chip handling system of capacity upto 20, 000 lpm are supplied including chip conveyor, magnetic seprators, paper band filters and oil sikmmers. These system are supplied for steel cold rolling mills, and auto component manufacturing units.

Rotary drum filters are very effective for filtration and separating of alluminium, cast iron and steel chips. The upward flow principle adopted gives positive filtration effect and separates sludge on a scraper conveyor simultaneously. Flow rates available:100 lpm to 1000 lpm.

The bulky spiral chips are crushed into small chips for easy transportation through conveyors, pipe line and silos which occupies very less space. The crushers are manufactured up to 500 kgs./hr, and are designed for continues working.

Air blast cooler are simple economical and efficient system to bring down the temperature of liquids like hydraulic in machine tool. The air is blown in the condenser which brings down the temperature of the oil, up to 50c above ambient. Capacity available up to 60, 000 kcal/hr. There are wide range of heat exchangers like shell and tube type oil coolers, plate type heat exchanger etc.

Electrical cabinet cooler are compact and sturdy in construction. For cooling the control panels of the machines ensures proper functioning of the machine tools. Available in 300-3500 watts.

The unit is very compact and ideal for cooling hydraulic oils. Capacity ranges from 300-30, 000 kcal/hr. The units are suitable to continuously cool the hydraulic oils for proper functioning of the machines. The hydraulic oil temperature can be controlled to the required level.

Oil skimmers are useful to extract tramp oil, scum, grease etc. Floating on the coolant to avoid bacteria growth and proper flow of coolants in filter media. Available upto 1.5 mtr. Height and 500mm width. Oil skimmers small disc type are also available.
