Universal Engineering Works manufacture non core diamond bits. These bits are also known as Bull Nose Bit.
As the name suggest these non core bits are manufactured for Non Core Drilling where core is not required.
Thin wall diamond core bits are designed for drilling through reinforced or plain concrete, masonary drilling, marble, granite, concrete drilling and other hard materials to fulfill the needs of engineers, builders etc. These bits are ideally suited for extraction of test cores in concrete, highways, runways, concrete columns, reinforced concrete walls and floors etc . Test core of various diameters can be obtained using UEW thin wall diamond core bits.

These thin wall core bits are also know as masonary diamond core bits. The narrow kerf of these bits gives a fast rate of penetration.
Sufficient coolant must be circulated to remove cuttings and keep diamonds cool while drilling. Thin wall diamond concrete drilling bits can also be supplied with extension core barrels to suit customers requirements.
Standard sizes of core bits which are available are: 1" (25mm) , 2" (50mm) , 3" (76mm) , 4" (100mm) , 6" (150mm).

Commonly known as R R Bits, we have bits of all sizes viz. 2 7/8" , 3 7/8", 4 " , 5" , 6", 9 7/8" , 11 ", 12 " , 13 " , 15" , 17 " etc.
We keep in stock new, used, old and fully reconditioned Rock Rock Roller Bits of various make.
For Diamond Core Drilling smaller sizes upto 5 (approx) are used for non coring.
For Tubewell drilling larger bits are used like: 8 , 12 1/4 , 17 etc
Impregnated Diamond Drilling Bit consist of small diamonds or diamond powder, distributed throughout the bit crown to a specified depth. During use, the matrix, in which diamonds are impregnated is worn out constantly, ensuring the new, sharp diamonds become active. The diamond size of these bits are very small, thus these diamond drilling bits are used in medium hard to very hard and broken formations.
UEW manufactuer standard 8mm matrix depth of impregnation. Greater depth of impregnated core bits are also manufactured.

Tungsten Carbide Core Bits (T C Bits), like diamond core bits, drills for cores but use tungsten carbide as its cutting medium. It cuts the same size core as that by a diamond bit & fits into the same size core barrel.
These bits have octagonal tungsten carbide inserts as cutting edge. The quality of tungsten carbide tip has been specially chosen for rotary core drilling to give high wear resistance.
UEW T.C. Bits can be used in soft to medium hard or comparatively less abrasive formations. These can be used as tools for cleaning out casing. These bits can replace the more expensive diamond drill bits when used for drilling in non consolidated formations.
