All this is done automatically and there is no need of any operator for this work. Operator is required only to check the items machined so that any change in dimension can be corrected. This way you can use one operatorno skilled worker to run 4-5 machines at a time thus reducing your cost and also run the machines 24 hours.

This is the system required for large scale block producing machines.Our pick and automation systems for block making plants will eliminate the need to take out the finished blocks manually out of the machine and store for curing and packing. Our block handling system will take out the blocks and place them in curing chambers. After all curing is over the machine will take out the cured blocks and place them in packing conveyors where the blocks are packed and straped manually. The straped blocks are stored manually using forklifts. All this is done automatically and there is no need of any manual work like lifting and pushing. This way you can use less manual labourers thus reducing your cost and also run the machines 24 hours.
