Aluminum Alloy Castings
We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the leadingAluminum Castings Manufacturers, Suppliers and Exporters. Under this, we offerAluminium Sand Casting & Gravity Die Casting. We have been following a client oriented approach to manufacture and supply a foremost range ofAluminium Castings & Gravity Die Castings. We employ ultra modern techniques and quality approved aluminium to manufacture these items in accordance with industry set norms and standard.
"Aluminum Castings"are required in many industries. This type of casting has successfully replaced iron casting as it reduces component's weight by half. Various auto producers are looking for fields where they may replace iron parts with aluminum parts. Some of the vital features comprises lightweight, good corrosion resistance, retains strength at high temperatures, high dimensional stability, high electrical and thermal conductivity, etc. ManyAluminum Casting Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Exportersare engaged in offering high qualityAluminum Castings.
APPLICATIONS :
The use of pureAluminium Castingsis comparatively small. The main fields are electrical applications, food and chemical plant, including slush cast spouts, and to a lesser degree, jewellery and light trim. The greatest use is undoubtedly electrical, where the high conductivity of the unalloyed metal offers obvious advantages; in addition, ductility enables it to be readily deformed under pressure and use is made of this, for example, in cable clamps. It is widely used for cast rotors for electric motors but a composition having a higher Iron content than is allowed in LM0, would have better castability and is generally preferred.
Manufacturing Capacity :From 5 kgs. to 1 Ton Single PC.
