These Cyclic Corrosion Chambers are set with new standards in corrosion testing and conform to all international testing standards, including ASTM, DIN, ISO, IEC, JASO and VDA, as well as automotive test standards for Ford, Honda, GM, VW, Toyota, Renault, Volvo and many more.

These chambers are capable of creating four separate and distinct environments: salt spray, condensation humidity (wetting), air drying and controlled humidity, with optional accessories even sub-zero temperature conditions can be achieved for testing of various OEMs.

These chambers are also known as Environmental Test Chambers, Climatic Test Chambers as well as Thermal Cyclic Chambers. They are manufactured by Giant Force Co. Ltd. Taiwan and comes in table top as well as floor standing models. All the chambers are Microprocessor based with fully programmable capabilities of temperature and humidity with many options like vibration testing. The chambers are supplied with a touch screen display and a micro computer where various programs can be created and the data and results can be retrieved in the form of curves and test reports.

The Chambers has a very advanced colour touch panel control system with a memory capacity for storing up to 120 programmes and can be connected to a PC and all the test data can be down loaded for documentation.

The temperature ranges of the chamber are from -70 C up to +200 C. The exteriors are built with stainless steel SUS#430 and the interiors with SUS#304 stainless steel and a good insulation between them using PU and Fibre Glass Wool.
