The machine is fabricated in M .S. frame and eq uipped with control panel, rotary switch, temp controller, interlocked with the solenoid coils/ valves, relays & contactor, indication lamp, electronic push button switch completely housed inside the machine.
The nitrogen flushing and sealing machines operates through pneumatically operated gripper to hold the filled sachet the nitrogen flushing noz z le automatically operates by vertically sliding inside the sachet for flushing the nitrogen and slides back after the flushing thereafter the horiz ontally operated pneumatic sealers seal the pouch.
