Operation of Machine

• The telescopic adj ustable dosage plates comprising of 2 pockets each pocket designed to measure 2.5 kgs of product , the operator will set the preset count in the display panel ie. Count set = 1 , the disc will rotate dump the material from one pocket = 2.5 kgs and halts the operator presses the foot switch again and the same cycle begins, count set = 2 product will be dumped from two pockets = 5kgs and the disc will halt. similarly for count of 3 & 4.
• The product is dumped in the funnel and beneath the funnel a preformed bag is held by the operator.
