Used extensively in the texturing of synthetic yarn such as viscose, acetate rayon, nylons and polyesters. The low frictional properties of the oil reduce break level, while the surfactants permit higher & uniform oil pick-up even at consistent roller speeds compared to conventional oils. Note: The oil has anti-static properties and excellent pick-up quality as high as 5% to 8% on wt. of yarn. It gives a considerable reduction in chemical “SPLASHING” in high speed machines, thereby reducing “ Total Consum ption ” in addition to chemical wastage and overall cost.

The Company also manufactures BIO DIESEL (B100) meeting IS 15607:2005 specifications. Bio Diesel also known as Methyl Ester is a clean burning and renewable fuel that is the most suited alternative to fossil fuels. The physical & chemical properties of Diesel & Bio Diesel are very similar & hence it can be mixed and used as a blend (B5 to B20) with no engine modifications or as B100 with slight engine modifications.

We manufacture Methyl Esters from various Fatty Acids & Oils depending upon Customer specifications & end application. Some of the Esters manufactured at our facility are based on –   Castor derivatives Methyl Soyate / Soya Methyl Ester Linseed Palm Oils &Soya Fatty Acid .

The Company also manufactures BIO DIESEL (B100) meeting IS 15607:2005 specifications. Bio Diesel also known as Methyl Ester is a clean burning and renewable fuel that is the most suited alternative to fossil fuels. The physical & chemical properties of Diesel & Bio Diesel are very similar & hence it can be mixed and used as a blend (B5 to B20) with no engine modifications or as B100 with slight engine modifications.   Numerous studies have shown that Bio Diesel is the preferred fuel over Diesel ; some of the critical differences are listed below: Better ignition & combustion characteristics due to higher Cetane Index. Reduction in exhaust emissions (Particulate Matter or PM, un burned hydrocarbon & carbon monoxide) due to the presence of naturally occurring oxygen that enables the fuel to burn completely. Bio diesel is naturally free of Sulphur & so produces no Sulphur di Oxide, considered to be one of the main causes of Acid Rain. Reduces Carbon Foot Print since it is completely made from Renewable resources.

Our Crude Glycerine is a by-product resulting from the manufacture of different esters. In general, for every 100 Kgs of Bio diesel produced, approximately 10 Kgs of Crude Glycerine is created. The typical values of our Crude Glycerine are as below: Glycerol Min 80%, Methanol less than 1%, Moisture Approx 10%.
