METHOD OF DYEING WITH INDIGO VAT 60% GRANULERS
Indigo Grains Dyeing should be in cold process. Temperature of Dye Bath should be 20 to 240C.
Add to Dye bath
Indigo Vat 60% Granulers | 1.0 Kgs |
Caustic Soda Flakes | 0.2 Kgs |
Sodium Hydrosulphite of Soda | 0.8 Kgs |
Make solution in 10 Ltrs water. Add 1-2 Kg Calcium Carbonate in the dye both for dipping clothes. Dry the clothes in Air. Fabrics should be dyed 2 to 3 times for dark color.

No tonic effects known from dust inhalation or ingestion. Inhalation may cause coughing Sneezing will discolor the skin. Avoid breathing dust. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Wash thoroughly after handling.
HANDLING, STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE :
Keep container closed to prevent moisture absorption and contamination. When the product is stored in unopened drums at the temperature range of between 180C (650F) and 400C (1040F), the shelf life of this product should exceed one year from date of shipment.
APPLICATIONS :
Cellulose dyeing with the reduced form of Indigo on continuous dye ranges, either ball warp or full width slashes machines.
