Oil mist filters is drawn in to unit by high speed rotating rotor. Small particles are forced to collide and coalesce due to centrifugal force of rotor resulting in to formation of liquid droplets. Thus formed liquid is drained back to the machine tool with pressurised draining system.

United dust collector unit is an automatic revers jet type dust filter, designed to handle known quantities of dust laden air & is capable of continuous operation over extended periods by virtue of reverse air filter cleaning systems employed. These charged particle the collector cell having metal plates of opposite electric charge. The grounded plates atttracts & capture the oil mist & smoke particles. An after filter improves air distributions through collections cell and also trops any agglomerated articles that may blow off the cell.
