the main feature of unique product is that the
main body and platen is of heavy duty steel fabricated
1, heavy duty rigid main frame.
2, heavy duty platen.
3, all shafts are aloy steel ie en-8/9.
4, graded phosphorus broze bushes for long last of the machines.
5, main connecting rods are of tested plate heavy as compared to
market usually fitted.
6, main gears are of steel and bigger diameter as compared to casting for long life
and heavy jobs during continous production.
7, heavy platen shaft for reducing the deflection during cutting on heavy materials.
8, intermediate gears are of steel to steel with bigger diameter to reduce the load
of the motor.
9, all the bearings are of nbc/skf isi marked.
10, electric motor will be of siemens / ngef.
11, electric control panel will be of schneider france and siemens.
12, machine will be equipped will full safety features as per standard.
13, machine will be paint with special 2k polyurethene paint.
14, machine will be provided with adjustable clutch brake assembly to set the gap in microns
and will not jammed on reverse running of the motor occationally.
15, the strenght of the machine is double than the casting machine.
the guarantee of the machine in breakage of body and platen is of 5 years .
