E-Cam or Electronic Cam Controller is primarily used in filling machines.  Based on feedback from a Rotary Encoder 8 Solenoid valves can be turned ON and OFF at exact specified degrees.   This is a replacement for traditional method of switching valves using mechanical cams or Proximity switches.

Benefits of using E-Cam Controller:

• ON / OFF timings of valves can be changed on the fly.
• A set of values can be saved and recalled on product change. Hence faster product changeover, as mechanical setting of the cam is eliminated
• 24VDC Solenoid valves can be directly connected to the controller, eliminating the need of relay card and hence relay failures.
