The Unimark hand-propelled profile line machine has been developed for small patching works where it is not cost-effective to use large plant, or for situations in which contractors do not require the capital outlay of larger plant. The machine is very manouvreable and lightweight, but a very sturdy construction. The machine comes complete with profile shoe, glass bead dispenser, propane tank heater, delivery tube heater and twin profile shoe heaters fitted with our unique rotary connection for quick change of laying shoe and following of road countour changes.
Unimark machines are controlled by our 11-programme line/gap computer. The unit gives control to manual, semi- or fully-automatic line laying. The built-in totaliser gives production rates. With 4-position joystick control, line patterns can be altered without stopping the vehicle. Tandem gun operation is also available.
