Classification of Availbale models;

Drying is the process of removing moisture/combined water from wet material through heating. Umatech Microns batch type and continuous (kiln) type dryers are widely used in minerals, chemicals, Food, and pharmaceutical industries.

Umatech Batch type dryer is charged once with wet material and kept the closed door as long as desired moisture percentage is removed. In this type of dryer , any kind of fuel can be used such as coal, bio-fuel, wood, furnace oil etc. This process is also known as indirect heating, it is because the material is not contact with the supply of direct heat. i.e. first drum is heated and then wet material. This dryer is particularly used where high moisture percentage is in wet material.
This type of dryer has the ability to both mix and dry in one unit offering production benefits that include eliminating the need of handling and interim storage equipment, reducing down time for cleaning and thus reducing production lossed.

Umatech Continuous (Kiln) type dryer is typically used in the application of when direct heating to wet material and continuous production is required. Material particle is heated through direct contact of hot air or gases, which is passed along the length of the Dryer(Kiln), dt eliminating the heat losses and fuel consumption that is being used in heating the dryer vessel like in batch type dryer.

This is a mixing machine provided with the arrangement of two z-shaped arms (blades) which blend the mass inside the trough machine in a dough making manner.

The Mill grinds the material coming between Swing-Pendulum roller assemblies and a fixed bull ring. Pulverized material is being swept upward through the air stream to the classifier which allows the desired product size particles enter into to the air separator, while oversize particles returns to the mill grinding chamber. From Air Separator, cyclone, product particle is being separated from air and product is being collected at the bottom of it through air lock valve.
System performance is continuously under observation using PLC control system to maintain the efficient grinding takes place with minimal power consumption.
Standard size of UMATECH Roller mills Raymond type covers the production capacity 1 to 5 Metric tons per hour @ product particle size ranging from 100 micron to 30 micron subject to the feed material properties.
Feed containing up to the 15% moisture can be pulverized supplying the hot gases during grinding and yield the product 1% moisture with the desired fineness. The complete system is designed and make it customized and guarantee the reliable and efficient performance.

Umatech Ribbon Blender (also known as U-mixer) is designed for proven agitation action that supplied homogeneous blending with minimal time for dry granuals and powdered materials. In construction, material is charged at the top, port/ports are provided on the top cover. Material discharge height could be adjusted as per your requirement.

Umatech Micron Whizzer type Air Classification is an airstream classifier where the feed material is pneumatically or with screw fed to the unit and is used in the medium to fine range of classifications, 20 - 150 microns, with high separation ration.

Umatech Micron Dynamic Air Classification is an airstream classifier where the feed material is pneumatically fed to the unit and is used in the medium to fine range of classifications, 2 -20 microns, with high separation ration. The Umatech Dynamic Air Classifier is frequently operated in closed circuit with ball and table roller mills.

Limestone, quicklime, fertilising lime, bentonite, dolomite, gypsum, quartz and feldspar, silica, ceramics and other chemicals also. Abrasive materials can be processed by wear protecting the internals. The relatively slow speed also helps this.
