Our Products
NanoComposix Gold Conjugation Kit offers the advantage of covalent binding in two different gold sizes – 40 nm and 80 nm – to quickly screen and optimize gold conjugates for robust, high-performing lateral flow assays. This kit eliminates the need to pre-screen and validate critical reagents and supplies to ensure your best chance of success. Kit components include:
Melamine Resin (MF)
Multiplex Assays
Poly(Glycidyl Methacrylate)
Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA)
Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)
Poly(-caprolactone)
Polyethylene (PE)
Polylactide (PLA)
Polypropylene (PP)
Polystyrene (PS)
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
The High Sensitivity Conjugation Kit is a complete “classroom-in-a-box” with detailed protocols to help you produce robust covalently-bound conjugates. This kit is available with our ultra-bright 150 nm gold nanoshells as the reporter particle and includes everything you need to optimize your conjugations.
Kit includes 10 mL of BioReady 150 nm Gold Nanoshells with a carboxyl surface, provided at 20 OD.
BioReady Gold Nanoshells – Streptavidin Ultrabright label for lateral flow – up to 20× increases in lateral flow diagnostic sensitivity over 40 nm gold.
Streptavidin tetramer is covalently bound to the particle surface via an amide bond. Streptavidin gold conjugates can be used for convenient conjugation of any biotinylated antibody, protein or oligonucleotide.
BioReady products are specially formulated for the attachment of a molecular recognition element such as an antibody for lateral flow and biodiagnostics.
Provided at 10 OD in an aqueous conjugation buffer composed of .1× PBS, .5% BSA, and .05% azide

Gold Nanorods have absorption peaks that are tunable throughout the visible and short wave near-infrared (SWNIR) regions of the electromagnetic spectrum.
Citrate is one of our most popular surface options, and is ideal for displacement with other molecules or ligands. Provided CTAB-free!
NanoXact materials are high quality, unagglomerated and monodisperse nanoparticles
Gold nanoshells provide an ultrabright label for lateral flow – up to 20× increases in lateral flow diagnostic sensitivity over 40 nm gold.
Carboxyl is covalently bound to the metal surface. The acid provides a highly negatively charged surface for subsequent conjugation to proteins, antibodies or peptides
BioReady products are specially formulated for the attachment of a molecular recognition element such as an antibody for lateral flow and biodiagnostics.
Provided at 20 OD in a .02 mM potassium carbonate solution.

Gold nanoshells consist of a silica core surrounded by a gold shell. By changing the ratio of the size of the core to the thickness of the shell, the plasmon resonance can be tuned across the visible and infrared.
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) is a large polymer that offers excellent steric stability. Great choice for particles that may be exposed to a broad range of salt, pH, and solvent conditions.
NanoXact materials are high quality, unagglomerated and monodisperse nanoparticles.
Provided at .05 mg/mL or 1 mg/mL in water.

NanoXact Mesoporous Silica Nanospheres
Mesoporous silica nanospheres with a bare surface (standard) are porous materials with a hexagonal (MCM-41 type) pore structure and are available with a diameter of 100 nm. MCM-41 type particles are the gold standard for silica particles used for drug delivery systems (DDS). Their high surface area, easy surface modification and biocompatibility make them ideal for targeted delivery of active pharmaceutical ingredients for cancer therapy and other applications. Open pores on both ends of the particles allow for better encapsulation and release of loaded drugs or other biomolecules.
