Quarter System

The carrier plate can be fitted with four identical or differing aluminum quarters, allowing up to 36 reaction vessels to be processed at the same time. Reaction Block System

The reaction block allows synthesis to be carried out in round flasks at temperatures of up to 180 C. This system ensures optimal heat transfer from the heating plate directly into the medium. MULTI CHANNEL PUMPS

The multi-channel pump model Tower II consists of 2 - 9 pumps in a common housing. The configuration is implemented according to customer specifications. The unit is operated either by the built-in control panel with alphanumeric display or by PC based systems. You can start all pumps simultaneous with individual preset pumping parameters. The system consists of a dispensing unit similar to the motorized Contiburette in addition to a detachable microprocessor controlled programming and operating key-pad.

The keypad has a 16-digit, 2-line backlit alphanumeric LCD display, showing both the set and actual volumes. There are 3 function and 2 hot-keys, plus an analogue encoder-wheel, enabling fast data entry and intuitive adjustment of the set values.

All relevant parameters, e.g. volume, flow-rate, flow direction, are input via the keypad, which can operate remotely when detached from the Liquid-processor

A choice of units of volume and flow-rate can be pre-programmed, e.g. l, ml, mg, g, l/s, ml/min. .

Wetted parts are all Al2O3 and the fluoric plastic ETFE. They have an excellent chemical resistance to almost all liquids used in the lab.

An ergonomically designed handset Hand manipulator enables one-handed remote sampling and dispensing of liquids.

The Manual function key is used to fill and empty the system. It also controls interactive dispensing, such as when finding a titration endpoint. In Manual mode, the encoder-wheel is used to dispense the liquid, whilst the display shows the actual volume delivered.

Initiation of the programs controlling applications such as diluting, dispensing and pipetting is done through the Program Select key. The Liquid-processor has a RS232 interface as standard (1200-4800, 8, N, 1) and enables the remote control of all functions. In this configuration, a PC can access the Liquid-processor via an exclusive address (daisy chain). This address is programmable for each unit. DOSCA MICROMETERING PUMPS

The successful DOSCA pump with alphanumeric display and dialogue programmable microprocessor control unit. The system consists of an ergonomic pump housing and a detachable microprocessor controlled programming and operating key-pad. All relevant parameters, e.g. volume, flow-rate and flow direction, are set via the key-pad on the control unit, which can be used remotely from the pump, The key-pad has 3 function- and 2 hot-keys, plus an analogue encoder wheel for fast data entry, enabling intuitive adjustment of the set values. The back-lit LCD shows both set and actual volumes, flow-rate, and other functions.

A choice of units of volume, flow-rate and specific weight can be pre-programmed, e.g. l, ml, mg, g, l/s, ml/m. The PCON C controller has a RS232 interface as standard (1200-4800, 8, N, 1) and the analogue and digital I/O ports provide full flexibility.

The optional easy-to-use Lab Control for Windows software can create multi-step programs transferable to the pump controller to provide various control functions.

Program parameters such as flow-rate, volume and time can be entered in dialogue for downloading to the pump. Also, various data processes can be carried out such as evaluation of experimental data and generation of hard-copies.

Connection to the analogue input allows the pre-programmed flow-rate to be overridden by a voltage or current signal. The analogue output (0-10 V and 0-24 mA) can then be used to record and read out the actual flow-rate.

The pump heads are encased in robust stainless steel bodies and are available in 20 l, 200 l, 400l and 1000 l stroke volumes. They are also available with or without piston rinse port. The models VCS have a rinse port integrated into the ceramic cylinder, no piston sealing is necessary.

Sampling Manifold System

Bio-Simplex Sampling Manifold Systems are available with either four, six, eight or ten 60mL sampling bottles and an additional 500mL purge bottle at the end of the manifold. Each 60mL PETG bottle is connected to the Bio-Simplex manifold with 10 inches of tubing with a clamp, an EZ Top container closure, a 0.2 m vent filter and polyethylene cap. All EZ Top, tubing and manifolds are made from animal derived component free (ADCF) pharmaceutical grade C-Flex thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) resin engineered to ensure an unobstructed fluid path, a secure elastomeric seal against each bottle with extremely low levels of extractables.
Bio-Simplex Sampling Manifolds are easily used with sterile connecting devices and thermal tubing sealers. They are sold double bagged and gamma irradiated. A carrying tray (as shown in the first photo), designed for up to 60mL sample bottles and one 500mL purge bottle is included.

      Rotating Mixer

      This rotating mixer has a well balanced body for safe mixing of test tubes inserted in the rotating wheel. The test tubes are held by elastic clamps to secure them in place during the mixing process. The rotating wheel provides 60 holes with 3 different diameters to hold test tubes of the following sizes: 20 holes of diameter 10mm, 20 holes of diameter 12.5mm, 20 holes of diameter 15.5mm. The rotating wheel is screwed into place counter clockwise and can be easily unscrewed for any laboratory purpose. The stand is coated with an acid resistant finish.
