Sprinkler Irrigation system is a method of water conveying system from main water resources to the cultivation fields through spray technology. This type of technology is used mainly where the crops cultivation is irregular and for the crops which require cool breeze. In sprinkler system the water has been pressurized & sprayed through an orifice which has been fitted in a self-rotating shut off nozzle. Tulsi Sprinkler System has BIS license IS: 14151 part 1 & 2 and adheres to the norms for every sprinkler product. These sprinkler pipes are manufactured from High Density Polyethylene granules and special additives such as ultra violet radiation stabilizers, antioxidants, anti-aging & environmental stress crack agents, etc. Tulsi Sprinklers go through stringent quality test in our sophisticated Lab. Then field performance test done in our factory site provided demo plot testing facilities. TULSI Sprinkler pipes manufactured in the range of 63 mm to 110 mm with 2.5 Kgf/cm2 & 3.2 Kgf/cm2 pressure rating. HDPE Sprinkler fittings are made in-house to maintain and control on quality and any outsourced component will be from quality vendor strictly manufactured as per our specification and testing norms for quality. The Sprinkler coupler jointing is done with superior welding technology fusion welded and Butt Welded as per the customer / market requirement. Two types of sprinkler pipe locking is done known as Clamp Type and Latch Type. Every Tulsi sprinkler system is customized to suit field condition. | ||

Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), an organic material in plastic class has wide range of applications. Our SWR drainage system is an ideal solution for drainage and sewerage applications owing to its superior properties in comparison to conventional drainage systems. We supply SWR pipes and a fittings with one end being rubber ring socketed, as this ring socket reduces installation cost to a great extent. This SWR drainage system is also ultra violet stabilized which eliminates the adverse effect of sunlight and weather and hence it can be safely used for outdoor installation.*Note: As per IS: 13592-1992, TYPE A pipes are recommended for use in ventilation pipe work and rain water application and TYPE B pipes are recommended for use in soil and waste discharge system.

HDPE Pipe is a primary alternative to PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) pipe for all piping applications and is rapidly gaining market share for potable water, sewer, conduit and ducting, DWV (Drain, Waste and Vent) agriculture, and ground drainage uses. Used Since the 1950's, HDPE has demonstrated its effectiveness through its durability, leak-free performance, corrosion resistance and ductility. HDPE pipes are durable, leak-free, corrosion resistant, and ductile. Its greater resilience and flexibility makes it less susceptible than PVC to surges, damage from digging, and shifting soils during earthquakes. HDPE is also preferable to PVC as it is chlorine-less, requires fewer additives in its manufacture and has a much higher recycling rate than PVC. Tulsi Spray Pipes are manufactured from virgin High Density poly Ethylene (HDPE) plastic material. The inherent properties of spray pipes are UV Resistant, flexible and light in weight. They have excellent resistance to pesticides and other chemical containing acid, alkalies, salts etc. These are used for spraying pesticides in Agri & Horticultural Plants.
Spray pipes are available in ID 8, 10 mm & OD 14, 16, 20 & 25 mm in blue color in pressure ratings 10 to 18 kg/sq. cm. and up to 1000 meter lengths.
