• TUFF-BOND PU 50 is a solvent less , unfilled , single part , moisture curable fast cure , polyether polyols based adhesive .
• This is low viscosity and fast cure adhesive especially designed for bonding of various substrates such as Chipboard, galvanized steel, GRP and other plastics, glass , wood, cork, polyurethane foam, polystyrene, EPS ( THERMACOAL) , mineral wool and many more.

Application Method :

• Can be applied with the help of  roller . The usage of the adhesive depends on the atmosphere and the substrates to be bonded. The thickness of the adhesive between 50 100 microns is recommend to obtain a excellent bonding properties.
• The substrates to be bonded should be grease, oil , dust and dirt free. The sufficient pressure on the substrates can give the better result. The curing time is between 1 to 3 hours depending on the humidity level.

Storage : In a cool, dry place, unwanted opening of the containers to be avoided so that moisture should not accommodate in the container. The Opened container should be used as fast as possible.

Used Containers (Treatment/decontamination ) :

• Rinse thoroughly with a strong aqueous detergent solution and Leave it permanently open. The CO₂ will be released due to reaction with the water which may create pressure build up in the closed containers. This treatment converts the liquid  residue into solids.
