The BEWS will strip many film insulation including Enamel Varnish etc. for the Flat and Round wires. Using high speed rotary metal brush which is prissily adjustable to Mach the diameter of the bare conductor, surface insulation is easily removed. The Brush is held in a special adjustable knob assembly in that can adjust the thick ness of the wire.

Simple Setup & Stripping Operation :

• Switch on the power supply
• Set the length by using length adjuster or stopper
• Adjust the thick ness of wire by using round know CW

Specifications :

• The EWS 04-50 will strip many Film Insulations including Enamel, Varnish etc., for a range of wire sizes between 0.5 to 5.0mm.
• Using a high speed rotary stripping insert, which is precisely adjustable to match the diameter of the bare conductor, surface insulation is easily removed.
• The insert is held in a special adjustable chuck assembly which, when locked in position, allows precise repetitive stripping without risk of damage to the conductor.
• 4 Conical Stripping Insert provided along with the Stripper suitable for different wire sizes. Insert 1 = 0.5 – 0.8MM; Insert 2 = 0.8 to 1.5mm; Insert 3 = 1.5 to 3.0mm (Insert 4 = 3.0mm to 5.0mm.  Can be provide according to the customer requirement).

Simple Setup & Stripping Operation

• Insert the Wire stopper to collate and adjust the stopper according to your application for unique length of wire stripping.
• Loosen the Chuck Assembly with the two wrenches provided.
• Place Stripping Insert into the chuck and hand tighten.
• Place the work piece into the insert and tighten the Chuck Assembly with the wrenches provided so that the insert closes but the work piece can still be removed.
• Remove the work piece and start the Machine.
• Strip the wire by pushing into the Stripping Insert and remove to examine.
• If insulation is not completely removed switch off the Machine, tighten Chuck Assembly and repeat stripping operation.

The Fine Wire Enamel Stripper is designed for stripping miniature coils and fine magnet / enamel wire. The enamelled wire is introduced from above (or from the front) between the rotary, cylindrical glass fibre wheels, the enamel is then removed from the wire.
The design of the wheels allows a visible method for making close stripping easier. With a knurled thumb screw the distance of the cylindrical wheels can be stopped to suit the respective wire size. In order to allow for stripping of different insulating enamel coatings, 2 types of wheels are available. Stripping to within 3/4" of a component body are possible with no restriction on stripping length. The Fine Enamel Wire Stripper strips all types of film insulation. Fast & Easy to set up. More About Information for Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper

• The Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper is an electrically driven stripping machine with Foot Pedal operation for varnished wires. It consists of a motor unit and a knife head. The knife head is equipped with 3 carbide blades. The blades are closed by rotation (centrifugal force).
• The Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper strips the wires from 0.5 to 3mm.
• The speed is regulated via a controller and thus the pressing force of the blades is adjusted for every individual material thickness. The working piece had to be inserted between the non-operating blades switch on the Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper, Insert the wire to the stripper, then press the foot switch, set the speed by using speed controller.

Operational approach :

• Put enameled wire head in to the middle of the blade, and press power switch, motor start turning immediately.
• Make enameled wire moving along the axial in the opposite directions, until it reaches the end of the enameled wire. Then you can strip the point film cleanly.
• Release the power switch.
• Repeat the steps as above.

Notice for adjusting wire diameter :

• When enameled wire sizes are different, you can adjust speed potentiometer to strip the paint film cleanly. Method to adjust the speed: the thinner the slower and the thicker the higher. If the paint film cannot be stripped cleanly. Increase the speed until it is stripped cleanly. If enameled wire is damage the process of adjusting the speed, you should reduce speed until it can meet your requirements. Select the most suitable rotational speed as the corresponding wire size work speed.
• When strip the end of enameled wire, do not take wire away from the three claw blade immediately. Youd better to take away the wire after blade stop rotating. In order to avoid enameled wire suddenly left blade and lead to damage blade edge.
• The shell is made of voltage resistance plastic material, it is safe and reliable.
• Get all wires straightened out before stripping to avoid the wire cannot into the middle of the blade.
• After a long usage, when the power is not available, remove the safety cover and clean the paint film powder.
