It might be much easier to produce fresh concrete with good retention just by adding TRISHA PC-SR 50% with other Standard type materials.

Trisha SNF 4308 is an aqueous Sulphonated Naphthalene based synthetic polymer, which in concrete displays powerful dispersion effect on both cement and pozzolanas. It forms a lubricating layer between the particles and thus lowers theinternal friction between the concrete components to yield better consistency, easy flowability, greater workability, faster and higher ultimate strength.

Effects on SNF 4308 Addition On ConcreteThe exact percentage of Trisha SNF 4308 in each cement composition will depend on the ultimate application requirement and may have to be arrived at by actual trial. However, incorporation of Trisha SNF 4308 in concrete compositions will result in :Strong concrete plasticizing without any tendency to segregation.

DosageRecommended dosage of 1 - 3 % on weight of cement depending on the application/ requirement. It may result in reduction of water content in the composition up to 30%.

Compatibility with other AdmixturesTrisha SNF 2143 can be used together with other concrete admixtures such as retarders, accelerators and air entrainers. It is compatible with most of the known brands, but we recommend to carry out compatibility test under loc al  conditions  before  using. The different admixtures should  not be premixed but added separately to concrete.

Safety and Handling PrecautionsTrisha SNF 4308 is an alkaline solution. It may cause irritation to eyes and skin on direct and prolonged contact. Hands should be thoroughly washed with soap and water before meals and at the end of the working day.

 

Packing and storage

Trisha SNF 4308 is supplied in road tankers, drum and reconditioned IBC or bulk in stainless steel tank containers. It is recommended to store Trisha SNF 4308 at around 25°C in closed original packing protected from direct sun light. When stored under recommended conditions, the shelf life would be not less than 6 months.

We are offering snf ( methylene disodiumnaphthalene sulphonate). chemical name of snf is methylene disodium naphthalene sulphonate a polymer compound made of sodium naphthalene sulfonate and formaldehyde monomer a complex aromatic hydrocarbon polymer with dark brown color and neutral ph to provide early strength to construction material and act as a dispersant agent as well as plasticizer properties criteria appearance dark brown liquid solid content 40 2% specific gravity 1.18 1.20 ph (10% wv solution) 7.5 8.0 sulfonate ash(750 c)

Dioctyl sulfosuccinate is one of the best surface tension reducers in the market. It is used in many industrial applications for its excellent wetting, however it also is an excellent de foamer and provides good foam stabilization. As a rule, DOSS surfactants are typically mild to the skin and offer very low eye irritation            
Uses for Doss range from dewatering and de-dusting  aid in mineral processing to emulsion polymerization. Other applications include, mild shampoos and bath products, textile scouring and nishing, and carpet  shampoos. DOSS has also been used as a dispersant for oil spills.

Storage and Handling
Containers should be kept tightly closed; avoid direct sunlight. Part drum should be used quickly and that all stock is rotated on a rst-in, rst-out basis. Protect from freezing. Store at 40 - 90 deg. F. Stir well before use. Shelf life is 1 year from Date of Manufacturing.
