1 Products available‘Trimurti’ Permanent Drum Type Magnetic Separator is the most useful nonelectric separator for separating tramp iron from nonmagnetic material processed in bulk quantity for the purity of end products, recovery of metals having a commercial value, and protection of processing plant and machinery. These are widely used in all processing industries for the separation of iron contamination from minerals, chemicals, food, flour, plastics, grains, sand, cement, fertilizers, abrasives, glass slag, ores, rock, and many other products.
WORKING PRINCIPLE & MAGNETIC SYSTEM
The Permanent Magnetic Drum consists of a stationary permanent magnetic assembly having uniform and everlasting magnetic field across the entire width of the drum, which is effective over approximately half the drum circumference.
Drum shell made of non magnetic stainless steel revolves around the magnetic field. As the material fed evenly from the chute falls over the drum, powerful magnetic field attracts and holds ferrous particles to the revolving shell. As the revolving shell carries the iron particles through the stationary magnetic field the nonmagnetic material falls freely from the shell while ferrous particles are firmly held until carried beyond divider and out of the magnetic field. The strength of the permanent magnetic drum is guaranteed to be greater than the corresponding electromagnetic drum. The Permanent Magnets used are everlasting magnets and their strength does not diminish during normal use.

The manual handling of Oil Seeds and cakes is gradually and more frequently being replaced by mechanical handling with bucket Elevators and screw conveyors. The Elevators & Conveyors can feed the Oil Mill continuously from the godown to the Oil Mills. The chain bucket elevators and screw conveyors are commonly used in oil mills and we can supply the complete scheme of Elevators and Conveyors for mechanical handling throughout the oil mill. Screw Conveyor is used for moving material like oilseed, pulverized meal, and oil in the horizontal direction or through a slightly inclined plane. The screw conveyor consists of the trough of a Mild steel plate with an angle welded along the edges and is fitted with the spiral mounted shaft. The feed is from the top at one end and discharge generally, from an opening at the bottom on the other end of the trough. The shaft is supported at both ends by bearings and also an intermediate position in long conveyors. The shaft is extended from one end for drive purposes. Screw Conveyors are available in 8″, 9″ & 10″ Screw diameters sizes.
Trimurti centrifugal discharge vertical elevators are used in lifting the material vertically. They are available in any height complete with top, bottom, and intermediate casing. The frame is made of Mild Steel sheet made rigid by angle iron, fitted with seamless pressed steel Buckets and Elevator Chains, Cast Iron sprocket wheels are mounted on a shaft supported by double row Self-aligning Ball Bearings. The take–up arrangement is at the bottom for easy erection and corrects tensioning of the chain. The buckets are spaced at a suitable distance. The top shaft is extended for drive purposes. The above Elevators can transport 1.25″ tons to 4 tons of material per hour depending upon the size of buckets, speed of the elevator, and the type of material being handled. Belt bucket elevators can also be supplied.
TRIMURTI COPRA CUTTER is used to cut the copra into small pieces before the same is sieved in preparation to the breaking mill or to feed the same to Oil Expeller for crushing. The cutting of copra is done by a number of beaters. The beaters are mounted on a shaft supported by two self-aligning ball bearings. The shaft has at one end a flat or “V” Pulley. The cut pieces fall through the perforated mild steel plate sieve. The beaters are case hardened to give life. The Copra Cutter is fabricated out of mild steel angels and plates and is simple in construction and easy to handle. The working is very simple and beater replacement requires minimum skill. This can also be used to disintegrate any other material like oil cake, groundnut, etc.

These are used by most of the mineral manufacturers for getting total iron free material. Extra high power magnetic plate at the material outlet side can also be provided. Models are available in any drum size as per the requirements
SIZE RANGE
The permanent Drum Separators are available in standard drum diameters of 300 mm, 400 mm, and 450 mm. Drum length ranges from 300 mm to 1200 mm. Other sizes can be made as per the requirements. The larger diameter and length of the drum the greater is the volume of material that can be handled.
TRIMURTI FILTER PRESSES are well known for their up-to-date design, sturdy construction, and easy operation. These are largely used by chemical and Sugar factories and especially by OIL MILLING INDUSTRY for producing a first-class filtered oil and also saves an enormous loss of time and space required for the oil to settle down in tanks.
These are prepared in two types :(1) Recessed Types(2) Flush Plate and Distance Frame Type.
RECESSED TYPE
The plates in this type are recessed so that when two plates are closed together, a chamber is formed. Each plate has a center feed hole and the faces are cast with pyramid type indentations to increase the filtering area. Filter cloth is placed on each plate and fastened back to the plate with hollow clips. When the press is closed, the cloth forms a tight joint between the machined edges of the plates. The liquid to be filtered is pumped into the press to fill up the chamber formed by the plates. The liquid is then forced out through the cloth, to the passage at the base of the plate, and hence to a trough through bib cocks.
FLUSH PLATE AND DISTANCE FRAME TYPE
In this type, the machined edges are almost at level with the indentation surface. A separate form is used between them to form the chamber. The cloths are not fastened in any way to the plate, but only hang over the frame and nipped between the edges of the plates and distance frames, when these are closed together. The filter cloth is thus easily renewed for cleaning. The thickness of the frame determines the depth of the chambers. The type is recommended for filtering oils with the use of filter aids, such as fullers earth, Kieselguhr, or activated carbon.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
These are supplied with suitable belt-driven on motorized pumps. Standard equipment also includes the necessary safety valve air vessel, pressure gauge, out, et cocks trough, etc. Filter cloth bags are supplied at extra cost.

This is a simple machine and its working is easy and trouble free. This is suitable for small units and has the capacity of 800 lbs of decorticating seed in an hour
This unit employs friction rolling method to break open the shell with minimum break-age of seeds.
The construction is simple, it has a steel frame, adjustable hopper and sieve is of strong section bars to allow adjustments for different size of seeds to fall through.
The main shaft has moving wheel on side and fly wheel on the other side. The shaft is supported on ball bearings and heavy fly Wheel ensures the smooth and free movements. The fan bearings are ordinary or self oiling . All the parts are made out of selected materials and are properly machined to give smooth service.
This machine can also run on power of 11/2 to 2 H. P.
POWER DECORTICATOR
These are available in two sizes, each unit has strong Steel Body and is of simple constructions. It is easy to handle and has low maintenance cost. The hoppers fitted to the upper part of the frame and seed passes through the opening chamber, where the shell is broken and separated from the kernel. The kernel and the shells fall through the sieve to the slide board, where the fan blower further clean the kernel before they fall out of machine.

Permanent Magnetic Plates are used for the separation of tramp iron found in tea, tobacco, coffee, cocoa, milk powder, chemicals etc.
CONSTRUCTION AND WORKING
They are available in both flat and curved shapes and can be installed either above or along the passage of the flow of materials. They are provided with clamps and can be located on the conveyor of carrying such materials. Ideally, they are located 30 mm above the layer of material flow. These plates are constructed with high energy permanent magnets plated in a magnetic circuit. They are extensively used in CTS tea machinery and in biscuit stacking machines. They are available in various sizes as per the requirement.
TRIMURTI STEAM GENERATORS are three-stage Boilers. They have a number of vertically placed straight tubes that can tolerate a higher degree of hardness. The hot gases generated by combustion flow upwards through the steam almost instantly. The simplicity in design of TRIMURTI STEAM GENERATORS provides maximum accessibility for maintenance and cleaning. TRIMURTI STEAM GENERATORS are compactly mounted and can be easily placed near the corresponding processing facility plant.
Hot gases escaping to the atmosphere contain heat, which can be advantageously utilized. TRIMURTI STEAM GENERATORS have an outstanding design to utilize this heat, which is absorbed by the incoming water flowing up through specially designed water heater tubes and having a large heating surface. The water feeder above the steam-generating portion enables hot water to be fed into the lower steam-generating portion, resulting in increased overall efficiency
TRIMURTI STEAM GENERATORS do not come under the Indian Boilers Regulation Act. This means no separate boiler house or registered boiler attendant required. No IBR piping necessary and no annual shutdown on account of any statutory inspection:
