Mill is designed to inject high pressure Air or Steam in to cylindrical chamber through Special designed Nozzle. Nozzles are placed at equally spaced on peripheral wall to have each Jet is tangential at imaginary smaller circumference. Venture system is control fed rate of material very precisely to get productivity. Jets are generating high velocity vortex during material feeding which create vacuum to suck product into high speed vortex. Suspended partical of the material are collide with each other and reduce themselves by attrition as well as collision whenever it comes in strong velocity gradients near the jet. Micronized particals are getting out with jet fluid through center of chamber and get collected into the cyclone collector system. Heavier or oversize particals are stay in to chamber until micronized due to Centrifugal force.

Number of particles and surface area is increased by micronise. . It increases suspensibility, dispersion rate, and surface area of particle and bulk density. Micron size particle improve product quality to great extent as compared to 325-mesh particle in terms of efficiency, dispersions, behavior and intimate blends of different material.

Powder feeding hopper mounted on the top of machine. Powder feeding tube is mounted co-axially inside the vertical hollow shaft. Hollow shaft is supported by heavy-duty bearing which is fitted in housing. Self-contained unit is consists one or two disc with whizzer blades rotate inside cone. Powder distributor disc is fitted bellow lower whizzer hub. Top chamber consists rotating deflector blades. Whizzer blades, Distributor plates, and Deflector blades are driven by motor and produce the internal air circuit. Bearing housing, outer & inner drum, damper, deflector vanes, Upper & lower whizzer cones and fine & tail cone are fixed on main body.

Centrifugal type closed circuit Air Classifier is to separate dry powder into coarse & fine powder. Powder can be separated are from 60-350 mashes. It removes coarser particles like free iron, their oxides, grit, silica, heavy impurities. Alternatively, it can remove fine/light foreign material as to de-dust a product. Deflector blades produce centrifugal force and air current to separate particles and impurities on weight basis.

Know Process ofAIR CLASSIFIERMaterial fed into inner tube from inlet hopper. Rotating distributor plate distributes powder radilly outward into upward sweep of circulating air stream generated by deflector blades. Every particle is got downward gravity force and upward air stream force. Gravitational force is higher on grits and impurities due higher weight. Upward air stream force is not enough against gravity force. Particles prevails gravity force than flows downward force and pass it through tail cone. Light weight (fine) particles move upward because air stream force is more than gravity force on it. Both raw of Whizzer blades are provide to adjust resistance to particles by add/remove blades. It helps to reduce or increase the escape of particles towards deflector blades. Whatever Particles pass through both whizzers will discharged into circular space between inner and outer drum due to centrifugal force and discharged through center fine cone. Air after releasing fine in outer cone returns through the deflectors vanes to the inner cone, setting up a continuous air circuit. Thus heavy particle discharge through tail cone and fine are through fine cone. Fine and coarse grade separation ratio is varying from 95-5 to 60-40. Pattern of classification can be change by regulation and controlling air stream. Air stream can be reduced by closing air dampers and increase by opening. Dual purpose is removing heavier impurities for better quality and removes grit of particle for better size distribution.

Heavy duty, continuous type ball mill is with three compartment and screen. Replaceable Liners are fixed inside entire mill. Liners material and shape is selected based on material to be grind. Input material is fed in two primary grinding compartments. Large diameter balls for reduce particle size are laying inside first compartment. Material comes into second compartment for further grinding. Small size Balls are laying inside second compartment. Material comes into third for fine grinding. Smaller size media are laying inside third compartment for fine grinding. Diaphragms may place to regulate material level and control retention time. Material is feed and discharged through hollow trunnion at opposite end. Accessories like air classifier, cyclone, blower, return air circuit or dust collector can also be placed for close loop system. Two tiers fixed on both end of mill, which are rotate on four rollers. Rollers are fixed on support and oil immersed. Mill rotates on four roller and two tiers. Girth gear is fixed on shell, which driven mating gear, gearbox and motor, which are fixed on heavy drive base.

Vibro Shifter is for screening rigid screening device, which vibrates with screen above its center of mass. New technology shifter is giving horizontal, vertical and circular mechanical vibration. Number of screen decks and spacing frame are assembled on circular base frame. Screen is uniformly tensioned in all direction by center support. Whole mass is suspended on coil springs, which gives thrust to screening unit by its own compression and de-compression. Springs allow unit to vibrates freely and also prevent transmission of vibration on floor. Specially designed vibrating motor generates vibration. Eccentric shaft is fixed on both side extended motor shaft. Eccentric weight is rotate with motor and generates vibration of whole masks.

Know process of Shifter
Material is to be fed into upper screen deck for screening. Fine material pass from top screen and coarser remain over screen and enter it into lower deck. Over sized material do not pass through screen of deck will automatically discharge from respective discharge spout. Over size material discharge rate can be increase by increasing horizontal throw. Horizontal throw is increase by rotation of upper eccentric mass. Maximum vertical vibration is desirable for clean the screen and dislodge material. Vertical and tangential plane vibration is change by lower weight. Angular position of upper and lower eccentric weight is for control circular motion of particles in the screen for getting better screening efficiency.

screw conveyor is mechanical rigid spiral type. Mechanical screw conveyor is to convey solid material horizontal, vertical and incline axis in bulk from one place to other. Material is fed or received at one end (inlet) and positively conveyed toward other end (outlet).

Designconstruction of TridevSCREW CONVEYOR
Screw outer shell is made from round solid Pipe OR U-trough. Inner Screw flights welded on heavy-duty pipe. Both end is connected to screw pipe, rotates on bearings fixed in bearing housing. Material leakage is prevented by stuffing box. Screw is rotated through suitable size gearbox, motor, coupling and sprockets. Hanger bearing is placed in between at adequate distance for smooth rotation of longer screw.

Pulverization is done by continuous impact of rotating hammers against liners. Raw material feed in rotary feeder from inlet hopper and spills into the grinding chamber. Strong hammering breaks lumps into small particles. At the same time air stream blowing through the pulverizer carries the ground material towards outlet. Whizzer classifier doesnt allow oversize particles to pass and returned them into the grinding chamber. They are re-grind and reduced up-to acceptable size. Fan is working for convey particles passed from Whizzer and send it to cyclone collector. Three-way connection Cyclone & dust collector (fabric type) provides clear air to the mill and keeps entire operation free from dust too.

Material is fed at bottom through hopper. Bucket is filling by material. Bucket lift material from bottom to upward and throw out from casing through discharge spout. Material is discharge in other machine or collects at desired height.

Bucket elevator consists series of buckets fixed on chain or belts. Bottom and over-head pulleys operate Chain or belt. Pulley is driven by drive. Length and vibration of belt is adjusted by take-up. Buckets, belt and both pulleys are enclosed in steel casing.

Bucket elevator is for atomization. It increase efficient, reduce manpower requirement and increase productivity, It is useful to elevate powder, granules, seeds and lumpy material from bottom to required height.

Continuous or positive discharge type elevator lifts material in close casing like foodstuffs, seeds, grains, ice, chemicals, cereals, minerals and coal.

BLENDERis for

Lump breaker having single shaft with evenly placed impacting fingers and fix comb on body. Wide flanged inlet area is for accommodate a greater mass. Lump is brake between rotating finger and fix comb. Lump is fed from the top and broken lumps are collected from bottom.


Fabricated body fixed on base frame. It has single shaft supported on flange mounting bearings fixed on fabricated body. Bars (fingers) are fixed at evenly placed on shaft and similarly on one side-wall of body. Bars on shaft and on body are staggered to each other. Shaft is driven through motor and pulleys. Rubber tires are fitted at bottom of frame for easy movement. It can be easily move any where you need.

Roller Crusher crushes material by passing through two rollers and collected at bottom tray. Nipped material pieces pass between two rollers without slippage. Desire material size and output rate can be achieved by adjusting gap between two rollers. Size reduction ratio is 1-4 per pass. Production rate and energy consumption is affected by changing reduction ratio and differential roller speed. Roll design like smooth, grooved or water cool (for hot material) are offer to suit various requirement. The angle of nip varies for different operation.

Two roller of same diameter with shaft are fixed on heavy-duty bearing. Both are rotated towards each other at same or different speeds. Distance between two rollers is adjustable. Adjustment is done by adjustable roller. Set clearance is maintain by Powerful spring which holds adjustable roller. The tension spring exerts the necessary pressure to crush the nipped material pieces.
