for the quick warm-up of roller bearings and other ring-shaped metal parts. Thanks to the heat extension the work piece can easily be fitted onto the shaft.
in the warm-up process, only the work piece is heated but the equipment itself remains cold. Simatec manufactures induction heaters for work pieces up to 4, 000 kg. Heaters for special applications are developed on demand.
the inductive warm-up of ring-shaped parts is a quick, clean and efficient method. It replaces traditional warm-up techniques such as hotplates, hot oil baths, open flames or stoves.
Easy-Laser XT660 is the second member of our Generation XT alignment systems, built upon our new cross-platform technology. This means you will be able to display data on a multitude of different handheld devices, including our own XT11. With XT660 you can carry out the following:
The XT660 measuring units utilize dot laser technology. This makes it possible to measure larger machines and longer spans than line laser systems. It also provides higher accuracy when backlash in the coupling is present. In addition, dot laser allows you to check more things when installing a machine, e.g. twist of foundation and bearing clearance.
With the XT660 you have a choice of several different measurement methods, e.g. continuous sweep and multipoint. This gives you the flexibility you need to achieve the perfect measurement result.
The XT products are rugged, rated both IP66 and IP67 water and dust proof. Along with long operating times, this guarantees you will be able to take on and finish even the tougher jobs.
Use the rugged Easy-Laser XT11 display unit, or install the free XT Alignment app on your iOS or Android device*. The intuitive user interface guides your through the measurement process.
The XT11 display unit has a 13MP camera. You can also get the XT11 display unit with a built-in IR camera**! This means you can add a thermal image of the machine before and after alignment. You can easily create and share a PDF report containing all measurement data and images.
When aligning with the Easy-Laser BTA you reduce the wear on sheaves/pulleys, belts, bearings and seals as well as reducing vibration. The accuracy of the digital readout means that you can align within prescribed tolerances and rely on the result. Especially transmissions with two or more belts, or wide belts, are highly affected by misalignment, causing large differences in belt tensions and also increased wear and tear on edges.
The Easy-Laser XT190 allows even more accurate and efficient alignment of sheaves/pulleys. Easy-Laser is unique to the market in being able to offer digital read off.
Compared with old methods such as rulers, the alignment is more accurate and efficient when both horizontal and vertical adjustment is carried out at the same time. In addition, the work can be performed by one person alone, in a significantly shorter time.
FITS ALL TYPES OF SHEAVES/PULLEYSThe XT190 is mounted on the sheave/pulley using super magnets. It can be used on all types of sheaves/pulleys, such as v-belt, timing belt, flat belt and chain drives. If you have aluminum sheaves/pulleys, the low weight of the tool means that it can be attached using strong double-sided tape.
Easy-Laser E980 is a laser based measurement and alignment system that helps sawmills to make optimal use of their machines. By setting the machines up correctly it is possible to maintain a high rate of production with the highest quality end products hour after hour.
The Easy-Laser E980 Sawmill system will help you increase efficiency and save money in your sawmill. The system measures straightness, flatness and squareness. The system is easy to use also for your own maintenance and production staff. It can be used equally well for circular saws and band saws.
Benefits of using Easy-Laser E980 are:
With Easy-Laser E980 measuring and adjustment of reducers, counterholds, saw blades and discs become a simple and quick task. The laser line works as an absolutely straight ruler for 40 metres, and is very practical for the demanding and dusty environment of a sawmill. It replaces the long wire used traditionally, and gives many more possibilities for aligning the saw equipment.
Thanks to the user friendliness of a laser measurement system the alignment work is properly done when necessary. The investment is quickly returned through fewer production stoppages and more even quality in the sawn timber. It can be used equally well for circular saws and band saws.
This software is mainly dedicated to work in conjunction with the X-Viber instrument.
For every plant, you can create a database, which can have an unlimited number of machines, measurement points and directions.
The vibration measurements are stored at the level of the measurement directions and the process measurements are stored at the point level.
The machine database downloads the measurings from the X-Viber instrument.
Analyzing this information, periodically, you can act proactively, discovering the real causes of the failures.
Maybe you need to monitor multiple points.
VM41 Rack system can measure up to 10 measuring points simultaneously. Alarms, relays and mA outputs are standard. Every channel has:
The Base frame has:
a leakage finder for compressed air systems and pneumatics in plants and machines.
a development by hilger u. Kern industrial electronics.
the leaks are pinpointed with ultrasonic technology. This is why it works very efficient in noisy surroundings where the human ear fales.
the leak-detect unit detects the flow of air with an utrasonic sensor and modifies this signal into a hissing sound in the ear phones. Further it is visible at the led bar.
The RayTemp 3 Infrared Thermometer is ideal for use in the food industry. It is compact, lightweight and easy to use. Simply aim and pull the trigger to display the temperature of the item being measured. In addition the LCD will display the maximum temperature.
The RayTemp3 infrared thermometer measures temperature over the range of -60 to 500C with an assured accuracy of 1C over the critical food range of 0 to 65C, outside of this range 2% of reading or whichever is greater in an ambient temperature of between 15C and 25C, with a repeatability of 1C of reading.
The Raytemp 3 incorporates a clear, easy to read, LCD display with low battery, laser and backlight indication and an auto power off facility that turns the instrument off after 15 seconds, maximising battery life. The RayTemp 3 is ideal for measuring food surface temperatures, eliminating the need to touch or contaminate the food you are measuring, avoiding the risk of cross-contamination. The unit can be used by anyone as there is no need to focus or adjust the instrument.
Each RayTemp3 features a single push button, allowing the user to select C or F. The thermometer also incorporates an 8 dot circle laser indicator, which allows you to precisely target the diameter of the area to be measured. As you move closer or further from the target the laser circle changes diameter. The unit incorporates a 12:1 optic ratio (target distance/diameter ratio) and a fixed emissivity of 0.97 making it more suitable for chilled and frozen foods, although this thermometer can be used for a wide range of other applications.
