PTFE stirrers / PTFE agitators are widely used in glass reactors for different stirring requirement, our specially designed PTFE and PTFE lined stirrers are based on vessel size and capacity. Standard sizes of PTFE stirrers for glass assembly are based on stirring volume like 50 Ltr, 100 Ltr, & 200 Ltr. for spherical and cylindrical vessels. We offer impellor type, Anchor type stirrers in standard applications.

A broad range of options are available to meet your process requirements. These include diverters (to direct/gas flow away or towards vessel walls), Extended flares (to eliminate additional reducing flanges), spargers, Anti-Siphon Holes etc.

The PTFE bellows are formed by cutting alternately into the bore and external surfaces of a PTFE cylinder, to form internal and external grooves. Typical applications include expansion and anti vibration joints, connections which allow a high level of misalignment, and one piece coupling systems which replace multi fitting configurations in difficult or confined areas of a production plant.

The high level of chemical resistance of the PTFE material makes the bellows use with a wide range of piping and vessel materials, including glass, lined carbon steel and stainless steel, composite and flexible materials up to service temperature as high as 230'C depending upon the nature of the fluid being handled and the service pressure.

PTFE nozzle protection bush for Glass lined Reactor is made from virgin PTFE material, our experienced production team provides International Quality products with required dimensions and fitting. Minimum delivery period insures saving of production loss during operation due to glass cheeping.

We offer all types of nozzle bush like round, oval shape, and elliptical shape up 1000 mm diameter sizes. Material of construction is: PTFE OR 25 % GLASSFILLED PTFE,

Our PTFE lined pipe series starts from 25mm to 300mm Diameter and up to 3000mm in lengths. Our standard pipes are with one end fix flange and one end loose flange. We can supply both end fix flanges and loose flanges on specific requirements.

Jacketed pipes with various metals (fabricated steel, cast ductile iron, 304 and 316 stainless steel, etc.) are available. It is also possible to vary Metal Pipe thickness (S10, S20, S40, S80, etc.) on a special order basis.

Standard flange thickness is as per AISI standards. Flanges 150 #, 300# and DIN rotating flanges are available in a variety of materials.

All our standard pipes are supplied with vent holes for leakage detection during operation

Elbows are manufactured using 90, 60, 45 or 30. Other types of angles are available on request. All elbows are supplied always with a fix flanges and loose flanges are on request only.

Jacked elbows with various metal options are available for special application on request.

We offer a wide variety of PTFE lined elbows. All PTFE lined elbows are lined with paste extruded PTFE liners flared each end over the flange faces similar to our pipe spools.

Our standard elbows are manufactured to ASME B16.5 class 150 dimensions. We can also offer elbows to DIN dimensions, all our elbows can be supplied with a stainless steel body for use on clean rooms etc.

Long Radius 45 Degree and 90 Degree Elbows on special request which is ideal for use with in slurry lines to keep pressure drops to a minimum.

Solid PTFE or Lined spacers are available for connecting flanges at short distance.

For lengths which are just a little too short to be a pipe spool we offer PTFE lined pipe with welded stub ends, this is effectively a pipe spool without flanges being manufactured from lined steel pipe with 2 off welded stub ends as used on a pipe spool with PTFE paste extruded liner flared each end.

For spacers too short where we cannot weld 2 stub ends, we manufacture the steel from a solid billet machined to the correct length and then lined with PTFE extruded tube flared each end.

For the shortest lengths of spacer we supply a solid ring of PTFE. Note that these do not have the support of a steel housing they can only safely be used for short lengths.

Feppfa lined tee; cross & instrument tees are generally manufactured to asme b16.5 class 150 dimensions. We can also offer fittings to din dimensions. fixed flanges are used as a standard. Fixed and loose flange connections are also availableon request.

TRANSFLOWASIA PFA lined ball valves are ideally suited for corrosive applications, requiring reliable performance, tight shut-off, constant torque and no maintenance. The valves successfully handle a multitude of corrosive applications in industries such as chemical, petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, foundries and mining and like sulphuric acid, etc.

Our standard PFA lined Diaphragm range is Ideal for throttling and flow control requirements. Diaphragm Valves combine accurate throttling of flow with positive shut-off. The streamlined flow passage creates minimum pressure drop, and the compressor is carefully matched to wier contour to exert uniform pressure on the diaphragm, increasing diaphragm life. Also, these self draining valves have no crevice where particles can be collected, that means cleaner operation. All of the valves operating parts are completely isolated from the process stream.

Our Diaphragm Valves were specifically designed to keep hazardous or corrosive fluids contained. The fluid being handled is completely sealed off from the outside environment by a thick, inert floropolymer liner and the diaphragm. Since there is no stem in the fluid stream, stem leakage problems are eliminated.

Reducers are mainly two types, concentric reducers & Eccentric reducers, our standard reducers. Generally cast steel with PTFE/FEP lining with flanged end connections.

Our Double Window Sight Glass provides clear visual flow indication on any corrosive service as all internal components other than glass have been fully lined with either FEP or PFA depending on application.

Both the glasses are bolted with the body. Fluids can be viewed from either top or bottom side.

PTFE O ring are manufactured by using a specially selected high quality virgin PTFE material, During assembly of metal or plastic coupling these O ring works as a sealing surface of two glass ends, our well trained machinist maintains accuracy of oveall and sealing surface.

We are offering transflow diverter pipe. A unique tight radius bend capability is ideal when a diverter is required to deflect liquid of gas either towards or away from a vessel wall. The curvature at the bottom of the pipe simplifies the installation of the dip pipe in reactors with limited overhead space. Variations of the standard diverters geometry can be accommodated in most cases.

We are offering extended flare. Transflows extended flare face technology eliminates costly reducing flanges by allowing oversized mounting flanges to be integrated into dip pipe fabrication. This is also an important factor in reduction of fugitive emissions; fewer connections mean fewer leak points.

We offer specially designed PTFE lined agitator Stirrer with long life & reliability for replacing costly glass lined agitators, we also offer PTFE lining on used glass lined agitators. For large size borosilicate glass reactors, PTFE lined agitator provides conformability of assembly with flexibility of specific designs required for agitation to save energy cost.

Pfa body liner is well anchored against the body by mean of machined and casted slots and the solid encapsulatedsolid pfa plug liner material insure a strong adhesion this makes our valve series so suitable for extreme service and vacuum conditions.

PFA lined butterfly valves series are maintenance free thanks to its stem seal design to ensure bubble tight shut off for a long service life. These valves are designed to meet the demands of application and markets with extreme operating conditions. Our thin disc design provides maximum obstruction of flow, resulting in smooth flow characteristics.

Temperature range from -10c to +180c & operating pressures from -1 to +6bar. The valve seat, made of glass fiber reinforced ptfe, is placed inside the nozzle of the vessel. Discharge takes place between spindle and valve seat, therefore obstruction of nozzle will be avoided. Rising spindle; on-rising hand wheel, sealing by ptfe bellow with additional safety packing.
