All standard cable ties are made from high quality virgin Nylon 6.6, in one piece to ensure consistent performance. Total Pack recommends testing your products compatibility with our VCI Paper in vapor phase and as a contact inhibitor.
Material should be kept in original wrapping or the equivalent during storage of partial rolls or sheets (overnight, weekends, and holidays). Classified as a thirty six month minimum inhibitor protection when properly protected inside dry storage areas.

Total Pack VCI Film is a premium corrosion inhibiting packaging product for use in extreme long-term storage and challenging conditions. When properly packed and sealed, it protects metals in contaminated acid gas and marine environments.
This premium film combines Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) chemistry with a unique oxygen and gas blocking property. This patented technology is only available from Total Pack and gives the film the ability to protect metals from the causes of corrosion for years beyond traditional packaging products. The combination of VCI and gas barrier work together to comprehensively protect against the elements that cause corrosion. The Advanced film packaging must be tightly closed and heat sealed for longterm protection applications.

Anticorrosion Fluid is a special rust and corrosion preventative for ferrous metal surfaces in so-called closed systems such as engines, transmissions, fuel tanks, hydraulic cylinders, gear housings, and steel drums. The duration of vapor phase protection provided by Anticorrosion Fluid depends on the ability to prevent the escape of the volatile inhibitors. Where complete sealing of the closed system is achieved, protection of almost infinite duration can be expected. In many cases, long term protection is not a requirement an d complete sealing is not necessary as long as reasonable efforts are made to cover openings and block excessive loss of vapor.
Anticorrosion Fluid is often used to protect sheet metal stampings, spare parts, etc. in sealed packing boxes or polyethylene bags.
Anticorrosion Fluid is distinguished from conventional preservative oils because it provides both vapor phase and contact protection. Anticorrosion Fluid equally protects surfaces it coats and other surfaces within the system from which Anticorrosion Fluid has drained away during prolonged storage or shipment. Volatile corrosion inhibitors diffuse throughout the void in the system and form an invisible protective coating effective even in the presence of moisture vapor or condensation.
Anticorrosion Fluid also combines excellent lubricating properties with effective contact rust preventing properties. It is particularly effective in protecting machines and ferrous components while in transit or in temporary storage. It is an out-standing water displacing, non-staining rust preventive that will not emulsify, even in the presence of alkali. Anticorrosion Fluid quickly separates water displaced from metal surfaces after machining operations or alkali cleaning.
Anticorrosion Fluid should be sprayed for the most complete coverage where possible.
COMPATABILITY WITH FUELS AND OILSAnticorrosion Fluid is compatible with petrol, diesel, fuel oils, and most lubricants; therefore, there is generally no need to remove VCI Oil when equipment is put into service. This both saves time and allows equipment to be available for instant use, clearly an advantage in the case of such items as military vehicles, rescue equipment, stand-by generators, seasonal equipment (including marine), etc.
Note: Some synthetic oils, especially those based on polyglycols, may not be compatible.
TOXICITYAnticorrosion Fluid is basically composed of petroleum distillate residues which are considered non-toxic. The product contains a relatively small amount of a volatile substance which may be irritating to eyes, skin, and mucous membranes. Avoid prolonged exposure to the vapors.
STABILITYAnticorrosion Fluid is unaffected by ambient temperatures and remains stable (and effective) indefinitely as long as kept in a vapor-tight container.
EFFECT ON NON-METALLIC MATERIALS (Used full strength)Anticorrosion Fluid has little to no effect on rubber, painted surfaces, or plastics. Should a question arise, however, because of the wide variance in composition of these materials, immerse the specimen in a container of VCI Oil and maintain at 130F (55C) in an oven for 72 hours. Examine the specimen for visible signs of change.
These steel buckles work together with our cord strap to create a secure and safe way to bundle your products and consignments. Feed the corded strapping through the steel buckle and it will auto lock holding the strapping in place.

Total Pack offers a comprehensive range of shrink wrap film packaging and supplies including: pvc, polyolefin centerfold and single wound shrink wrap, and also a complete shrink film wrapping system. Standard shrink wrap film comprises two basic categories: polyvinyl chlorides (PVC) and polyolefin. PVC film is very economical and machine tolerant, but lacks the clarity and gloss that polyolefin shrink film provides and which is critical for retail appeal. All featured shrink film is suitable for direct food use.

Air bubble film is a multi-layer plastic sheet with trapped air bubble. It is shock resistant and water proof packaging material. This material is tenacious printable. Air Bubble Sheet / Rolls are available in 500mm, 1mtr, 1.5mtr and 2mtr width . Standard Length of the Roll is 100mtrs and Bubble dia is 10mm . Material is available in various thickness, from 175 guage to 800 guage.
Air bubble wrap is the best way to package fragile and heavy items to ensure they will not break or chip. Compared to other cushioning materials, bubble wrap holds its air longer and more consistently. It is also thicker than most cellular cushioning materials, making it stronger and more durable.
Air bubble wrap will also save you money on shipping fragile items. Because you do not need much air bubble wrap to properly secure an item, less material is used to provide better safety and security for the item.
Air bubble wrap also provides some environmental benefits. Not only is it recyclable at many independent recycling centres, but people can use it over and over without it reducing its effectiveness. The fact that less material is used for packaging when you choose bubble wrap also emerges as an environmental benefit.
Manufacturers love air bubble wrap because they have found that when they use it for shipping their products, a much smaller amount of replacements are needed. When using other packaging materials, the number of replacement items is always elevated.
Small bubble wrap refers to the fact it is manufactured with small bubbles. Each has a diameter of 10mm and a height of 3mm.

All of our cardboard tubes are made from high performance premium grade fibreboard and are finished with a brown kraft paper. We can offer cores either plain buff, a white inner and/or outer or alternatively we can print your company details and logo on the inside of the cores. This gives a very professional, branded finish and helps your product stand out against your competitors.
Although we manufacture cores to order, the processes we use have been refined over the years of manufacturing, and therefore we are able to offer a very fast turnaround on urgent orders. If an order is urgent we will endeavour to despatch it for the next working day, if this is not possible we offer a reduced lead time of 3 working days. Our standard lead time is only 5 working days.
If you do need cores urgently and we are able to do them, we will never charge our customers a premium for this.

If you are interested in having your tubes a specific colour we can send a colour swatch out in the post to you. Coloured tubes can be supplied with either black or white end plugs as standard or we can supply coloured end plugs to suit, depending on quantity.
For extra branding we are able to offer tubes with a spiral wound print. This is a pre-printed paper that can be up to 4 colours and is applied to the tubes as they are manufactured. This means you can add your company logo, details, or a short message to the tubes and it will be randomly printed all over the tube. Please see the pictures below as an example. If you would like a sample of a printed tube please give the office a call and we can arrange this for you. We are able to apply the print to any size of tube and prices are often a lot less than you might think!

The standard round lead seal is designed with two parallel holes and a knot chamber. During fitting the wire or string is threaded through the two paralled holes and crossed inside the knot chamber before closing with the sealing tool to prevent slippage the cross hole lead seal is designed so that the lashed wire is crimped together when the seal is compressed with the sealing tool. The effect of crimping the lashed wire together alleviates any chance of twisting the wire out of the hole without leaving clear evidence of tampering. To optimize security the sealing tool dies can be engraved to emboss or deboss characters / numbers / logo on to the seal so giving reference to the application user.
