Thermal Mass Flow Meters are used extensively by Industrial, Environmental and Commercial customers for Gas Flow applications. The innovative digitally-driven circuit eliminates the traditional drift-prone analog Wheatstone bridge utilized by competition. Toshniwal Turbine Flow Meters / Axial Turbine Meters measure volumetric flow rate directly by translating the mechanical action of rotating turbines placed in fluid stream into user readable fluid flowrates. The accuracy of Turbine flow meters depends largely on the flow and velocity profile of the fluid flowing through it. The meter is available in either SS304 or SS316 construction.

The DIMF series density/concentration meter is based on the oscillating element principle. The fluid to be measured flows through the oscillating element (a tuning fork for Type 1.3 and an oscillating tube for type 2.0) that is excited electromagnetically and will oscillate at its natural frequency. Changes in the density of liquid passing through will lead to changes in the oscillating frequency. Electronic transducers pick up these frequency changes and convert it in to a signal that is proportional to the density or concentration of liquid.
FEATURESMajor applications for DIMF series are process control and quality monitoring of fluids in all areas of industry. The device can be used for density mass flow conversion for custody transfer in connection with corresponding volumetric meters and flow computers.
Toshniwal portable Transit Time flowmeters measure liquid flowrate by calculating the spreading time of ultrasonic wave downstream and upstream of liquid in pipe. This is done by using clamp-on sensors which non-intrusively generate and receive ultrasonic waves. The flow meter is most suited to measure homogeneous fluids with very low percentage of suspended solids and gas bubbles.

Through magnetic coupling, the revolutions can either be sensed by magnetic-field-controlled pulse generator with a digital display or through gear train with mechanical indicators. A wide range of materials of construction for housing, Oval gears and bearings along with specific teeth profile for Oval gears (higher viscosities) and heat extensions enable the Toshniwal Oval Gear Meter to be very versatile and accurate in most fields of application.
