ThermoView Pi20 is a rugged thermal imaging camera designed for industrial process control applications. The camera is designed with an IP54 rating. ThermoView Pi20 cameras are offered in two temperature ranges: -40C to 500C (-40F to 932F) and 200C to 2000C (392F to 3632F). For each temperature range, three lens options are available: 21.7 x 16, 30 x 22 or 45.2 x 33.7. ThermoView Pi20 provides easy networking over long distances using the standard Ethernet interface. This interface allows for the PC operating the DataTemp Pi (DTPi) software to be located far away. 4-20 mA Loop Analyser, IT52.51 is a versatile portable instrument for rapid checking & simulation of 2 wire Transmitters and checking Indicators, Controllers, Recorders, Current alarms, Data Loggers, Final control elements & Computers etc. operating on 4-20 mA DC input/output.
IT52.51 with its built-in power source and LCD display has four modes of operation, viz. Normal Source, 2-wire Transmitter Simulation, Normal Read and 2-wire Transmitter Read.
Normal Source mode provides 4-20 mA DC output. 2-wire Transmitter Simulation mode modulates external power to pass 4-20 mA in the external loop. In these two modes, "QUICK CHECK" switch provides instant 4 mA & 20 mA output; for rapid check of zero & span end points. "QUICK CHECK" switch also has an intermediate Dial position; selection of this position allows precise intermediate settings between 4-19.99 mA on 10 turn potentiometer operated by a separate knob. Normal Read mode measures input currents fed to the Analyser. 2-wire Transmitter Read mode supplies 27 Volts in series with the internal measuring circuit at the output terminals and measures 2-wire Transmitter output, thus eliminating need of external power supply.

Description
The instrument consists of a taut suspension movement, light source, projection system, scale and sensitivity control switch. All components of the instrument are housed in a dust free aluminium cabinet nicely finished by stoving enamel paint.
The light source consisting of a 4V 4W lamp is mounted on a small rectangular detachable plate fixed in front of the galvanometer housing to allow the bulb to be replaced. A circular plate is fixed on this rectangular plate which enables the exact adjustment of light spot. The Galvanometer indicator consists of a bright circular spot of light with a vertical hair line shadow on a translucent scale with dual graduations in millimeters (0.14 & 7.0.7 cms).

Description
Dust Monitor continuously measures for 24 h the dust in exhaust gas at the secondary side of a dust collector or the like and outputs the alarm signal at the abnormal condition and monitors the relative variation of dust amount with an analog signal. It detects the triboelectric charge of dust hitting the sensor probe and make outputs relative to the dust amount. Dust Monitor can be easily mounted on the existing facility to facilitate environmental management.

Belt Tear Detector immediately detects conveyor belt tear accident caused by foreign substance piercing the conveyor belt at the outlet of chute of conveyor, in order to stop the belt conveyor. Belt Tear Detector consists of sensor to detect the belt tear accident and transducer to output breakage signal. Belt Tear Detector is high safety sensor since the transducer is equipped with wire-breakage alarm output to detect the breakage of cable of sensor. Sensors are installed according to the number of Impact Rollers. Since the wiring is loop connection between sensors and to transducer, it is possible to save the wiring cost.
