The pyroinc 768n provides non-contact measurement of 2d temperature distributions with high dynamic and high spatial resolution. The camera is specially designed for long-term use in harsh industrial environments. Typical applications for the camera pyroinc 768n are measurements of high temperatures in process control and monitoring, as well as quality control in metal, glass and cement industries. The temperature values are recorded in real time (max. 50 frames per second) and for-warded to the process control system. Thus the process control system is able to individually and immediately react according to the burning process. The system is working all automatically and needs only low maintenance.The pyroinc infrared (ir) camera serves to provide contactless recording of the temperature distributions of fixed-location and moving objects. It was developed for stationary use in industrial environments and is applicable to system solutions for automatic process command and control as well as measurement data processing on machinery and equipment.The ir retraction system is used for automatic emergency pullback, in particular of ir cameras in-stalled in hazardous monitoring locations such as power plant boilers, incinerators, etc.We use two cabinets; one for the electrical part and one for the air or and water monitoring. On the left you see the compressed air reservoir for emergency retraction, if there is a failure with the air.Pyrosoft compactprofessional is an all-purpose and powerful software for windows to operate dias infrared cameras. A professional user interface gives the opportunity to an effective and detailed analysis of saved or on-line data.Flexible views with regions of interest (roi), result lists, profile and trend charts, histograms, difference images, 3d image, visual image, different color bars allows a well arranged and elaborate evaluation of the gathered infrared data.
