Casting are stress relieved by vibration “FORMULA 62” and in normalizing oven.Tail stock, wheel & work spindles are heat treated to achieve dimensional stability.Independent lubrication system to the guideways of table and grinding wheel head.
Casting are stress relieved by vibration “FORMULA 62” and in normalizing oven. Tail stock, wheel & work spindles are heat treated to achieve dimensional stability. Assembly of precision bearings within dust free environment. All rotating parts are dynamically balanced. Table & wheel slide faced with anti-friction material TURCITE-B. In mechanical model, only cross slide faced with TURCITE-B. Independent lubrication system to the guideways of table and grinding wheel head.
