A by-product of Wheat Grain known as Wheat Flour or Maida is specifically used in bakery industries. This product is most commonly used in Chinese, Continental and Indian form of cooking. Wheat flour is being widely used in bakery products such as Cakes, Pizzas Noodles, Biscuits, Breads, Pastry, Chapati, etc. throughout the world.
Shelf Life :Maximum 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
Storage :To be Stored in clean, dry, infestation free area, unopened bag.

Semolina is the coarse, purified wheat middlings of durum wheat used in making pasta, breakfast cereals, puddings, and couscous. The term semolina is also used to designate coarse middlings from other varieties of wheat.

The Soya Flour (Fatted/Defatted) manufactured from clean, sound and healthy Non GMO Soya beans by cracking, de-hulling, toasting and grinding them. The coarser particles are separated by air classification to get a free flowing pale yellow powder of high quality.Soya Flour (Fatted/Defatted), is used extensively in the bread and bakery industry because of its bleaching properties.
