Malu and Sons), manages a family group business with all housing products under one roof with 5 Core Manufacturing Units Three in Gulbarga Karnataka and one in Latur Maharashtra, and three units in Gulbarga Karnataka with Maintaining International and Indian Standards, with having a Technical Collaboration with Italian and German Company. TK Malu and Sons started its first asbestos cement concrete pipe manufacturing unit in 1969 in name Karnataka Asbestos Cement Products. Then after years and next family generation it diversified into many Innovative precast cement products and exclusively manufacturing special water based water proof paints and primers , decorative Granite finish paints ,water based single component polyurethane for water proofing coatings thermal insulation spray paint for boilers and pipelines (reduced 200 degree) etc for housing infrastructure etc. TK Malu and sons have powerful research technology base and achieve excellence in any aspect to our activity. Today we are proud to be smart, thriving company, manufacturing various in Precast Housing products with overseas collaboration.
