Til has a broad range of solvent based liquid inks foe various end applications in many systems viz: vinyl based, pu (mod) based, mod nc based, polyamide based, nitrocellulose based and few others. We have inks for lamination purpose and for surface printing on various substrates viz: bopet ( plain, corona treated & chemicaly coated ), treated bopp, treated pe, paper, alu, foil, pvc & various other substrates.

These inks offer : excellent printing properties, high printing density, excellent print resolution & super half tone reproduction, on bopet, bopp & nylon higher lamination bonds with metallised opp, pet, polyethylene, alu foil etc, using solvent based & solvent less lamination adhesives & by extrusion lamination diverse ink systems with high performance pigments, to select from, for running on machines at the speeds ranging from 60mmin to 300 mmin & beyond.

These concentrates offer : High pigmentation levels and easy flowing viscosities especially recommended for preparing solvent based gravure and flexographic printing inks Exhibit bright hue, high colour strength, high gloss and high transparency with very good rheological properties. Printing inks based on our pigment concentrates result in graphics with high brilliance, excellent printability and high resolution Free from banned solvent (like Toluene and MEK) and exclusively formulated with acetates and alcohols and high molecular weight non-migrating plasticizers The rapid and complete solvent evaporation obtainable with our pigment concentrates based printing inks allows exceptionally high printing speeds to be achieved on modern fast running printing machines

We make available the reverse printing inks in diverse system like vinyl, pure pu, pu-nc, nc and pu combination dispersion with high performance pigments. The solvent based rotogravure reverse printing inks are ideal for high definition gravure printing to be done on pet, bopp and nylon. Reverse printing inks are known for imparting higher bond with lamination film like metalized opp, metalized pet, aluminum foil, and pe (polyethylene). The solvent base reverse printing inks imparts excellent lamination bonds with solvent base, solvent less and extrusion lamination. The inks have excellent printing properties, high printing density and excellent print resolution and brilliance with super half tone reproduction.

As we know that any packaging that is not hard and bends slightly while still holding a shape. It can be a bag, envelope or pouch that when filled changes shape. Liquid inks used for printing of these flexible packages with Gravure and Flexo Process, Called Flexible Packaging Liquid Inks. We have a full range of product for all flexible packaging applications for Gravure as well as Flexo printing. We can offer both types of Flexible packaging Liquid inks solvent based as well as Water based.
