A Special grade of plasticized solid HVO is used for some varieties of bisuits . We have disigned votator to give HVO at the required temperature to maintain consistent product quality.

Broken Biscuits are kept on a vibrating table which feeds the horziontal screw conveyor through magnets to feed the vertical screw conveyor. Thereafter it reaches the multimill where it is finally ground and after sieving it is fed to S.S.Doser mounted on load cells & them pneumatically transferred to cremer. Also the multimill is utilized in crushing tablets / medicine in Pharmaceutical Industry.

S.S.Bag tilter are specially disgned for elevating sugar / flour bags to working height from where the bags are titled into the hopper. The offered system is free of maintenance & break-downs.

We offer water-cooled roof & water-cooled tubular panels specially disigned for steel plants to suit the requirement of customer. Panels made of boiler quality seamless pipes are hydro tested at a pressure of 24 bar & welding is ultrasonic & radio graphic O.K. Also stress relieving is done to release distortions caused by welding. The panels are exposed to a temperature of 1000oC

Liquid Use in food indsutry especially in Biscuit & confectionary Plants e.g. Invert Syrup, Liquid Glucose, HVO, Palm-Oil, Milk, Water etc.are being handled as per the recipe programmed in PLC right from unloading till discharge. Accuracy of +-0.5% of the wieght required is maintained to have consistent products quality. These system are extensively used in the following:-

In this system the minor ingredients, stored in S.S. 3.16L containers, are charged into a string machine. Required quantity of water is added through water dosing system and the prepared chemical solution is discharged to cremers through E/P valves operated through PLC. the system offers an accuracy of +-0.5 % of the required weight.

The Sugar handling system is PLC Controlled system designed to suit the needs of the individual. The system helps the client to maintain hygienic environment & consistent products quality. In this system, flour & Sugar is Drawn from bags through a mechanical bag tilter. The flour is made to pass Rare Earth Magnets & Gyro Sifter. The flour is transferred to weigh station through screw conveyor and is pneumatically transferred to the mixer. Similarly sugar is transferred to cremer from Blow Tank mounted on load cells. Batch wise records are maintained through PLC & data can be seen on PC through SCADA.
