We provide fruit juice formulation. with the experience of 6 years in food industries, I have equipped with the computer program which would help us create the beverage base recipe by itself with just entering the quantity of juice required in liters, final juice specifications (brix and acid) and raw material specifications (pulp brix, acid , specific gravity) . The important thing is that ingredients created by the program would be in kilograms however juice quantity entered would be in liters. I have also created program for front calculations and back calculations for recipe authentication and all the calculations in the program are practically proved in laboratory.

We provide costing analysis for fruit based industries. costing analysis like inputs, outputs, profit and losses, break even analysis etc.

We provide efficiency calculation. to calculate machine/ manual efficiencies with the help of computer programs.
