Polyester was one of the great man-made fibre discoveries of the forties and has been manufactured on an industrial scale since 1947. Polyester fibres are the first choice for apparel and are used in trousers, skirts, dresses, suits, jackets, blouses and outdoor clothing.

Polyester fiber is mostly blended with cotton, viscose and wool to make different kind of fabrics suitable for shirting and suitings. Since its a hydrophobic fiber and does not have any pores or site for holding the dyestuff molecules, this fiber can be dyed with only very fine dispersions of disperse dyes only and that too under high pressure and temperature. We offer cotton dyeing. As such cotton is available in many forms viz., fiber, yarn, fabric and garment. the dyes and machinery suitable for dyeing cotton are many. However as a class of fiber, cotton is a natural cellulose and can be dyed using the following dyesuff: 1. Direct. 2.reactive, 3.vat, 4. Sulphur, 5. It is used in many apparel end-uses, often blended with other fibres, and in hygienic disposables where its high absorbency is of great advantage. In filament yarn form it is excellent material for linings. It is used very little in home furnishing fabrics but in the industrial field, because of its thermal stability, a high modulus version is still the main product used in europe to reinforce high speed tyres.

We offer Acrylic Fabric Pretreatment. Acrylic fibres are soft, flexible and have a high loft. For this reason they are widely used in knitted apparel end-uses such as sweaters and socks. In addition to knitted apparel, home furnishing and blankets are other important applications due to its excellent heat retention.

We provide silk fabric pretreatment. silk has wonderful properties of movement, flow and luxurious sheen which come from its smooth, continuous, triangular fibres which reflect light. It is also a very strong, elastic fibre which can stretch 20-25% without breaking and will stretch back; that is, it has a memory. Once woven, it can have a wide variety of appearances and feel from delicate, translucent chiffon gauze to robust, opaque, slubby fabrics such as douppion.

We offer acrylic dyeing. Acrylic is mostly used in its blends with cotton and wool. Its propoerties are almost like wool because of its chemical structure that resembles wool. acrylic blends dyeing can be done using acid, reactive and disperse dyes.

Silk is a protein fiber like wool and can be dyed using acid dyes.Mostly silk would be blended with other fibers since people wish to have its own feel, texture and sheen.

Cotton pretreatment is a wide subject - yarn and knit fabric would be straightaway scoured and bleached, woven fabric would have an additional process of desizing too. Grey and bleached mercerizing is an additional pretreatment that enhance the quality of cotton goods by providing lusture, strength and better absorbency.

Textile printing is the process of applying colour to fabric in definite patterns or designs. In properly printed fabrics the colour is bonded with the fiber, so as to resist washing and friction. Textile printing is related to dyeing but, whereas in dyeing proper the whole fabric is uniformly covered with one colour, in printing one or more colours are applied to it in certain parts only, and in sharply defined patterns.

Textile finishing process is a separate subject a processor should be well versed. This is the end process that adds up value, quality and appearance to the final product. Each substrate according the end use would finished differently.
