Continuous Spiral Crimped Fins

These types of fins are semi-crimped and wrapped under tension around the outside of the base tube. Fins are either tack welded or brazed to the base tube at each end of the tube. These finned tubes can be further HOT DIPPED GALVANISED for surface protection where as the deposition of Zinc also adds up to the efficiency of finned tubes.

Spiral G Type Fins

The strip is tension wound into a machined groove over the base tube material. This ensures maximum heat transfer at high temperature.

Spiral L Type Fins

The formation of L base of the strip under tension gives optimum contact of the L base on the base to improve the heat transfer efficiency. Whereas the L base also gives considerable corrosion protection to the base tube

Rectangular Fins

Single tube or Double tube rectangular fins are also manufactured as per customers requirements. Due to rectangular shape it offers are large surface area compared to the Spiral Finned tubes

Application
Due to larger surface area available, these finned tubes are used mostly in Air Heating application to reduce the overall size of the equipment.
