We are offering a-k-c castables. conventional-castables thermo blaze a-k-c are scientifically designed ready mixed castable made from thermocast refractoriess hi-bond, a high purity calcium aluminate binder and selected hard burnt dense refractory grog. There refractory castables are hydraulic setting and can be in-situ cast or molded to any shape and also mixed for gunning of furnace lining. we manufacture three standard grades namely thermo blaze-a, thermo blaze-k, & thermo blaze-c, there castables comes in packing of 50kgs, bags with polythene liners. The standard castable is well graded up to 5mm size and are packed dry for site mixing with recommended quantity of water. Water content for rodding or vibrating should be 12% to 15% by weight of the castable to obtain workable consistency.

We are offering plastic castable. plastic castable is a two part acid proof monolithic concrete that protects floors, tanks, stacks, chimneys etc from corrosive acids & its fumes. It resists sulphuric, hydrochloric, nitric & most other acids of ph 0 to 7. Concrete & bindex liquid can easily be mixed at site. It can be gunned, layed, or casted very easily at site. It is non exothermic with chemical setting hence the concrete can be put to service within 6-8 hours after laying, however, where time permits air drying upto 24 hours is preferred. The usual thickness ranges form 1 to 4 inches depending upon service conditions.

TSP range of free flow fast set castable are totally cement free giving enhanced life & low overall refractory cost. TSP can be cost effectively used in areas where high abrasion, high thermal shocks & chemical attacks are expected. TSP is supplied with Bindex liquid as it is Chemically bindex liquid. The ratio of concrete to Bindex liquid is 10:1 i.e. 10% of Bindex liquid added to the weight of the castable. Due to free flow in nature it requires least vibrations. The castable does not need any curing or initial heat-up & it sets hard normally within 10-12 Hrs time at 35C.
