We Offer Exterior grade SECTIONS IN treated Solid wood for FENCE , PICKETS AND GATE , in imported Softwoods or Hardwoods. The woods are directly imported from many countries.
We generally stock the raw material (Timber round logs) which is first cut to the desired lengths and sections of the Wooden Wall strips. Thereafter the section is Kiln dried (in Seasoning chambers) and later the lengths and tips are made, through imported Wood-working-machinery.
Once the shape and size is readied, it is fine-sanded on profile sanders and then applied with oil coatings for protection from sun and water. The Strips can be then screwed on frames of Wood or M.S with proper technique and expertise. As it is solid wood, it can be re-polished after some years.

We offer Exterior grade treated solid wood, for requirement of making GAZEBO.
We prepare all the different loose pieces of wood required for making the GAZEBO, as per clients drawing.
The hardwood for the same is high-density timber speci chosen from tropical forests of South America, which is sawn to required section and length and then kiln seasoned a process where the excess moisture is taken out and material is dried to the required Moisture Content .
Thereafter the wood is cut and shaped on imported Wood-working-machinery. Once the lengths and cuts are in-place it is fine-sanded on profile sanders and then applied with oil coatings for protection from sun and water.
The material is supplied in ready-to-assemble sections and lengths, and the assembling/erection of structure has to be done by client later.

We Offer various types of Fire Seals for fixing on inner or outer periphery of Door/Window Frame rebates or Shutters.
Fire Seals are available in different Fire ratings and are mostly fixed in Wooden Fire Resistant Door Frames and Shutters.
The products offered are tested in accordance with the applicable BS : 476 Part 22 1987 (or under its sub-clauses). Fire and Smoke seals are also available.
Sound SealsThe Various types of acoustic seals are available, for fixing on inner or outer periphery of Door/Window Frame rebates or Shutters and named as per shape - Bubble Seal, Corner Seal etc and are used in Latched and Unlatched Doorsets and supplied with high performance adhesive backing.
Drop down seals are also very popular and applied on bottom edge of Door shutters.

We offer a unique Door frame fixing PU foam, for the client who does not want to use Hold Fast or Anchor Fasteners to fix a Door Frame to the masonry wall.
The foam contains two components which when combined, harden extremely fast, quite independent from any moisture.
Features
Wooden Fire Retardant Door set (door frame and Door shutter) is made with the best of Fire-Rated materials and techniques. Wood for Door Frame is fully kiln seasoned and of high density and fixed with intumescent Fire Seal.
The Door shutter also has wood which is fully seasoned and of high density.
Door Shutter surface can be finished with ply/laminate/veneer or Fire Rated Primer/Paint. Fire Rated Hardware is also available besides Fire Rated Vision Glass.
Scantlings are wide-sectioned door frames but delivered in knock-down-condition.
As we have automatic mitre-join imported joinery, we make the joinery-cut and deliver and the frames which can be be joined (interlocked) at the corners easily while assembling/erecting at site (later).
