C moderately.Even at this high temp. the water remains at liquid state by applying the external pressure through nitrogen over the system. There are lot of processes require heating as well as cooling system to produce the right products (e.g. Laminate, film face ply, high density ply, etc.) where heating through hot water is very effective technically.A high amount of heat can be accumulated in a vessel (pressure vessel filled with hot water) from where the additional heat can be supplied during surge/peak load in the process.

This system got an advantage over steam heating because no condensation takes place during heat transfer nor any flash steam discharges to the atmosphere. Same water circulates hence no water loss, no regular treated water requirements thus keeps the heat exchanger healthy.

The best advantage of this system is that it does not fall under Boiler regulation act hence easy to install, maintain and no statutory requirements.
