Body of these machines is made up of Aluminum and 100% Copper winding is there. Such diesel engines are specially designed and manufactured such that Farmers get less maintenance in low cost.

Type :Vertical, Compression Ignition, 4 Stroke cycle, water cooled diesel engine.

Injection :Direct injection as aluminum alloy piston is fitted and due to long and three holes nozzle consumption of fuel is less and helps engine to start and run smoothly.

Fuel systems :On the basis of good quality main paper element and by help of centrifugal force fuel easily reaches to fuel pump.

Lubrication :By help of plunger pump centrifugal force the large end bearing get easily lubricated. So taper roller bearing did not require separate lubrication and all other required parts get lubricated automatically. The oil is filtered by the help of sump suction strainer.

Governing :Good quality and accurate centrifugal type governor is fitted on camshaft gear wheel and same is fitted as per class B1 and meeting the parameter of IS 11170.

Cooling :Automatic cooling through the water running in the pump.

Rotation :The fly wheel turns clock wise from the front view.

Starting :Manual start, built to start easily by just rotating the starting handle.

Exhaust sys. :Standard silencer is fitted for superior silencing.

Air cleaner :For better performance oil bath type air cleaner is fitted.

Accessories :Starting handle, exhaust silencer, air cleaner, spanned set and screw driver.

Casting :Design of volute / Split type casing is made such that speed gets automatically & helps to suction water forcibly & in better flow. Casing is made from high graded grey cast iron.

Impeller :Impeller is also made from high graded grey cast iron and is accurately machined from outside. Inside passage is made from shell core (Dynamically Balanced).

Type :Vertical, Single/Double/Tripple/Cylinder Air Cooled/Water Cooled, totally enclosed, compression ignition, four stroke cycle, cold starting diesel engine.

Combustion System :Direct injection in open type combustion chamber provided in an aluminum alloy piston crown in combination with long stem multihole nozzle, results in low fuel consumption and easy starting.

Fuel systems :Fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through an efficient paper element filter, fuel tank capacity 9 liters.

Lubrication :Force feed lubrication to main and large end bearing and camshaft bush. Other working parts are splash lubricated. A bypass filter is provided for cleaning the lubrication oil. Lub. oil sump capacity at higher level mark of dipstick.

Cooling :Engine cooling can be arranged by a run-through water system of radiator or cooling tank. In air cooled engine, engine is cooled by Breeze of air though streamline cooling.

Rotation :Standard rotation is clockwise looking at the fly wheel, Engine with reverse rotation can also be built against specific requirement.

Starting :The engine is designed for staring by hand.

Drive :Standard power take-off is from flywheel side. Power take-off from gear end at half-speed can be provided if specially ordered.

Standard Equipment :Starting handle, Exhaust silencer, Air cleaner and hand tools.
