Truck man has developed a mobile hydraulic battery operated floor crane (model no. Tf-b) utilizing battery-power both for movement of the crane on the shop floor and also to power the hydraulic power pack for lifting and lowering the loads. This means a single operator can run the entire operations resulting in enormous cost savings and faster through puts of loads.battery powers a dc traction motor which through gears drives the crane and the travelling speed is upto 6 km/hr. Battery also powers a hydraulic power pack which will lift lower loads upto 3000 kgs. And maximum lifting / lowering heights is 2.5 meters. For economy of power pack whereas lowering is by means of a hydraulic release valve for smooth and safe operation, with facility to lock load at any level.these battery operated floor crane can be used for a variety of application such as loading, unloading, lifting, lowering, holding, turning & shifting heavy material.

They provide an efficient low cost alternative to other Materials Handling Equipment. The machine is useful for loading and unloading and shifting heavy and unwidely materials. Designed for maximum maneuverability and tested for 25% overload.The lift is by means of a double acting hand hydraulic pump unit which is fitted with an infinitely controlled release valve. A special hose rapture valve prevents load from falling down in case of hose failure due to accident. The 3000 kg crane is ideal for lifting heavy loads and positioning on to machine tools , as well as other maintenance and assembly jobs. Like the 500 kg model, the jib adjusts to three positions. The jib which has a maximum length of 2000 mm , is lifted by a double acting hand hydraulic pump unit. One man can easily operate the crane. The job is also fitted with a forged heavy-duty swivel hook. The crane is mounted on four polymer wheels with double sealed ball bearing.
