Twisted DTY is a type of textured yarn that is produced by twisting DTY yarn to bind the filaments and improve evenness. Twisted DTY can be made from various synthetic fibers, such as polyester or nylon, and can be further processed into fabrics or garments through knitting, weaving, or other textile techniques. The level of twist can vary depending on the desired characteristics of the yarn, such as the level of bulk or softness required.

Twisted DTY is often used in apparel, home textiles, and industrial fabrics due to its excellent elasticity, moisture-wicking properties, and durability. We can offer S Twist or Z Twist yarns depending on the customers requirement.

Twisted Yarns can also be supplied on a soft package on a 170 mm or 230 mm Plastic Perforated tube to be used directly in the dyeing process. These yarns can be supplied with Shrink Wrap Perforated films.

We are also offering twisted yarns with Z Twist and high tenacity ( gpd > 4 + 0) that is specially suited for sewing thread applications. Our twisted yarns are appropriately heat set to remove residual shrinkage and snarling and improve run ability.
