We specialize in manufacturing Unitised Transformers that are available in compact sizes, used in outdoor locations and are suitable for frequent shifting. Transportable Substation is mainly used for feeding power from high voltage to low voltage in open cast mines, metro cities and construction sites. The substation is mounted and installed on wheels or skid frames or channels and are provided with that of lifting hooks. The unitised substation consists of the following main components: Outdoor type Transformer are available upto 1600KVA 11KV-6.6KV-3.3KV/415V, DYn11, ONAN with off load tap changing switch. These standard fittings are in compliance with IS/IEC standards. The transformers are provided with HT Flange that has bushings and are coupled directly with that of outgoing HT Panel and LT flange with the incoming of LT Panel. The transformer can be either Dry type with Nomex insulation or Oil immersed type. In Dry type transformer, the total unit is housed in a single outdoor type enclosure instead of three separate enclosures Vacuum Circuit Breaker panel in outdoor enclosure upto 11KV 1250 and is complete with PT, CT, Relay & Instrument Chamber. The outdoor panel is directly coupled with that of HT Flange of the transformer by means of copper busbars. The incoming of this HT Panel is provided with either cable box or plug socket. In addition, a Ring Main Unit or a Load Break Switch can be coupled with the HT bushing of the transformer LT Panel is outdoor type that comprises of one or more air circuit breaker or MCCB either in board or single formation. These transformers are suitable for system voltage of 415V, 3-Phase 50 C/S. The incoming LT Panel is coupled directly with that of LT flange of the transformer. The outgoing is either plug or cable box & socket arrangement is used for feeding power to that of LT equipment
