A250 PL/TL and A450 PL/TL are specially designed IR Pyrometers of A Series family for non contact temperature measurement in demanding industrial environments. The Pyrometers are highly accurate and compact by nature with stainless steel housing to provide high operational safety for harsh industrial environments. The Pyrometers are designed for high temperature applications between 210oC 3000oC.

  • The parameters like Emissivity, Analog Output, Sub Range, Response Time and Peak Picker etc can be preset ex-works or adjustable via Software.

EL50 is an economic digital IR Pyrometer from E series with extended sensing head in 4 wire technology for non-contact temperature measurement between 0oC to 800oC.The sensor head is unaffected by electromagnetic interferences. The pyrometers are specially designed in a such way that sensor head can withstand ambient temperature upto 120oC easily.

Details :

  • The pyrometer is equipped with a Inbuilt 4 digit LCD display which offers many signal processing features. The electronic box with integrated Keypad helps in setting parameters like Emissivity, Analog Sub range, Set point, Hysteresis (Hyst), Analog Output, Unit of temp(°C or F), Response Time, Peak Picker and Sensor address etc.
  • EL50 is provided with USB 2.0 output and PC software. The pyrometer can be powered through USB port. In this case no external power supply is required. 24 VDC is required for operation of Analog Output, RS-232 & RS-485 & Relay Output.Analog output is 4…20mA, 0…20mA, 0…10V, Thermocouple type “K” or “J” (userselectable) via keypad or software. RS-232/RS-485 Serial interface card is available as optional.

E450C PL is a two color pyrometer from economic series.The Pyrometer model is a two piece measurement system containing one extended sensor head and one electronic box for non-contact temperature measurement of metals, ceramics and graphite etc. in a temperature range between 800oC to 2500oC.

Details :

  • This device measures the temperature of an object by calculating the ratio of the energies at two different wavelength bands. The ratio technique eliminates and reduces errors in temperature measurement caused by changes in Emissivity, Surface finish and energy absorbing materials such as Water vapour etc.The sensor head is unaffected by electromagnetic interferences.
  • The Pyrometer is equipped with a Inbuilt 4 digit LCD display which offers many signal processing features. A450C PL/TL is a highly accurate digital two colour IR pyrometer from A series family for non contact temperature measurement. The Pyrometer measures the temperature of an object by calculating the ratio of the energies at two different wavelength bands. The ratio technique eliminates and reduces errors in temperature measurement caused by changes in Emissivity, Surface finish and energy absorbing materials such as Water vapour etc.

Non Contact Pyrometer (AST A150)

A150 is a specially designed highly accurate digital IR Pyrometer operating at the near end of the infrared spectrum and is therefore an excellent choice for measurement of ferrous and non ferrous metals above 75oC because the emissivity of un-oxidized metalsurfaces is higher at shorter wavelengths. The parameters like Emissivity, Analog output, Sub-range, Response time and Peak picker can be preset ex-works or adjusted via software. This enables the instrument to be adapted for various measuring tasks.

Details :

  • A150 Infrared Pyrometer is provided with USB 2.0 connector with cable.The infrared Pyrometer can be powered through USB port. In this case no external power supply is required (+24V DC is required for operation of Analog output, Laser, RS- 232/RS-485 output.
  • The pyrometer has solid body in stainless steel housing which provides high operation safety even in rough industrial environment. Variety of working Distances with fixed focus available for different applications.
