ConstructionDouble walled constructed PUF modular panels ensure easy assembly at site. The leak proof door with a full gasket and airtight mechanical lock ensures there is no leakage through the chamber. The observation window (30 × 30 cm) is provided for viewing the sample inside the chamber. The unit is provided with perforated stainless steel trays.

Technical Specification

  • Air Circulation : The motorized blower at the backside of the chamber provides the recirculation of air which ensure the maximum uniformity of temperature and humidity inside the chamber should be maintained.
  • Heating System : The high quality SS tubular heater made from the nichrome wire sheathed in SS tube is used. The special arrangement of heaters avoids the direct rendition of stored samples.
  • Humidity System : High-quality U shape S.S. tubular heater is used for better heating.
  • Humidity System : Steam injection system with water level arrangement is provided. A low pressure boiler tank and reservoir tank with duly argon welded is fitted with a float valve. When the water level in the tank is low the switch cut off. The ISI marked heating elements are used with the inbuilt stand by humidity system with auto change over the facility.
  • Refrigeration System : The CFC Free hermetically sealed Emerson Copeland make compressor is used for better cooling with eco friendly refrigerant. The cooling system is made up of split type and the compressor is coupled with the condenser unit in a well ventilated area to avoid the hot air throw inside the chamber.
  • Control System : The microprocessor based PLC (logging capacity of 1000 readings) with HMI touch screen 4.3″ colour display, which gives the direct display, the process value and the set value of temperature and humidity inside the chamber. The sensor (transmitter type 4-20 ma) which will accurately measure the temperature and humidity is provided with a high speed ethernet communication. The internal working area is illuminated.


FeaturesThe sturdy design and long lasting finish ensure the minimum maintenance is required. The tongue and the grooves are moulded to close tolerance ensuring there is a tight fit between the panels. These prevent the condensation from forming on the foam a which minimizes the heat transfer. The high quality hardware like hinges and handles used in panels are indigenous and are imported.

Safety Features

  • Audio visual alarms are used for temperature and humidity variations.
  • If the temperature increases above the 60°C the system will automatically cut off the dry heater, wet heater and the compressor.
  • The float switch is used to cut off the wet heater supply in case of the water level in the tank goes below.

“TEMPO” make soxhlet extraction heaters are designed to use in laboratories for solvent extraction under reflux. Typical applications are the determination of residual oil content in oil cake, assay of crude herbal drug sources etc.

Construction“TEMPO” make soxhlet extraction heaters is suitable to heat soxhlet flasks of 100-350 ml capacity. The heating element is attached to knitted fabric to provide flexible support to the bottom of the flask. Glass wool insulation fills the gap between the metal casing and the heater. In event of spillage, the solvent will either evaporate or escape through the draining hole below each element. The housing has two retort rods and a cross bar on which the extraction apparatus is fixed. The apparatus has an inbuild energy regulator which controls all the heaters. The heating elements have individual ON/OFF switch and pilot lamp to indicate working.

“TEMPO” drum heaters provide an easy, efficient, clean and economical way for the handling of viscous of low melting point solidified materials in drums. Such materials include asphalt, bitumen, fats, gelatin, glucose, grease, lubricating oils, paints, petroleum jelly, phenols, plastics, sodium tar, vanaspati oil, varnishes & waxes etc.
“TEMPO” drum heaters are mobile ovens heated by “Tempanel” flexible surface electric heating elements operating at a black heat. They are the mode in rugged designs and stand normal usage in chemical industries. They can be used for heating the contents of drums kept in the vertical or horizontal positions. The contents will be heated at a rate depending on the size of the drum and its contents. The contents may either be melted completely and removed as a liquid or they may be melted only at the surface touching the drum walls and removed as a slid block by lifting the drum. The heating in “TEMPO” drum heaters in gentle and uniform and there is no chance of local overheating. Automatic temperature control is provided as standard equipment, except in the base and top heaters in which it is not required.

Construction

  • Base Heater : The base heater for drums in the vertical position & is suitable for use with type TI-129 B drum heater.
  • Vertical Drum Heater : TI-129 B is a vertical drum heater in two sections hinged to each other, forming a cylindrical heater when closed. It is fitted with castor wheels. The standard model can take a standard size drum of 45 gallons capacity.
  • Heating System : The heating in “TEMPO” make drum heaters are gentle and uniform and there is no chance of local overheating.

“TEMPO” lab refrigerator is made of double walled construction with thick high grade PUF insulation. Full view inner acrylic door & front door with gasket & locking arrangement. The motorized blower at the backside of the chamber develops a unique airflow system to maintain uniform temperature condition inside the chamber. Unique airflow assures quick recovery after door openings. The unit is provided with a user friendly adjustable specially designed S.S rod trays, ensures uniform temperature distribution. The equipment is mounted on castor wheels for easy movement.
