Construction“TEMPO” make vacuum oven is made of stainless steel (SS 304) inner and thick gauge mild steel (CRCA) sheet duly epoxy powder coated outer body. 4” high grade glass wool insulation for rectangular model & 3” high grade glass wool insulation for the circular model to minimized heat loss. Shelf system stainless steel trays improve heat conduction to samples.

Diaphragm pump at bottom of the chamber develops unique preheated airflow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature condition inside each cell changes per hour through all the cells. Rotameter with needle value to control the rate of flow of air. A small brushless diaphragm pump, no chance of generating ozone. Airflow is regulated through a rotameter of suitable range. The unit is supplied with castor wheels for ease of movement. Supplied complete with a diaphragm pump, rotameter & air filter. Each cell is provided with a double lid.
Natural convection ovens are ideal for sterilization, drying, and thermal storage tasks which do not require high drying rates or special time parameters. These ovens are made of double walled construction. The unit is insulated with 3” thick high grade glass wool insulation. Single door is tted on heavy duty hinges. The unit is provided user friendly adjustable stainless steel rod trays.

Hot air ovens use dry heat sterilization. “TEMPO” make lab precision oven (hot ait oven) uses forced air circulation method to get the desired temperature profile. In the dry heat sterilization process, the material used for heating has the characteristics of a high melting point and it will not catch fire or changes its form while heating at a higher temperature. To ensure the homogeneous hot air mixture inside the oven, a motorized blower is fitted on the top of the chamber which ensures the exact temperature inside the chamber.

Construction “TEMPO” laboratory precision oven (hot air oven) is made up of triple-walled construction. The cabinets are made using stainless steel material. A single door is provided which is fitted on the heavy hinges and provided the required gasket to reduce the leakage. The 3″ thick glass wool insulation is provided to prevent heat loss. The heat is generated inside the oven using the tubular air heaters fitted on both sides of the chamber. The air circulation is achieved by using the fan which is run by using the motor. The specially designed stainless steel rod trays are provided to place the material for heating. The microprocessor-based autotune PID controller is used to maintain the desired temperature range during the operation. It helps to protect your oven from temperature overshoot. A timer is provided to showcase the results.
