During the execution of the project for Bajaj Hindustan, Gola, Uttar Pradesh, there was an issue related to bagasse spillage. This meant that the client had to employ additional 40 Labourers for clearing the spilled bagasse. Limited space meant that there was no possibility of installing regular belt conveyors having around 18-20 degrees inclination. In order to overcome this problem, Teknik developed the 'U' Trough Cleated Belt Conveyor with an inclination of 30 to carry the bagasse.

This solved their spillage problem and also significantly reduced the overheads of the client for their bagasse handling section.
