The belt conveyors consist of parts like pulleys (drive, tail, snub), rollers (troughing, impact, return), belt, cleaners (externalinternal), take up unit, etc. These can be advanced or simple in structure based on system requirement. They can be used to transport bulk materials and packaged bags in a straight line or through changes in elevation or direction. They are widely used in cement, mining, sugar, power, and other engineering industries. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can consist of one independent or multiple conveyors. It can be even combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyer can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines. Conveyor has many kinds of belts with them, such as rubber belt, canvas belt, PVC belt, etc. It also has low maintenance frequency, which decreases the maintenance cost. Teknik has supplied independent belt conveyors that are more than one kilometre long for clients like Manikgarh Cement (Bagalkot, Karnataka), Satna Cement (M.P), etc. We have also supplied for port automation in Ennore Port (Chennai, Tamil Nadu) that includes multiple belt conveyors having total length of more than 6 kilometres and carrying capacity of 5000 tons per hour for iron ore handling. The single longest conveyor supplied there is 1.8 kilometers long.

A motorized tripper is used along with any other conveyor for distribution of material along a plane of movement. It prevents build-up of materials and helps in maintaining even bunker level. Trippers are designed to be able to make large longitudinal stockpiles forbagasse, coal, raw sugar, or to unload in specific points, as boiler bunkers, silos or chutes. The motorized tripper truck moves along the belt conveyor that holds it by the rails displaced for that matter. Unloading chutes or telescopic chutes can be installed on the tripper; with multiple openings depending on the clients requirements. Teknik has supplied Motorized trippers of 500 TPH for Coal Handling at OPG, Gummidipondi power plant for bunker feeding at boiler top. In addition our trippers are also installed at DSM, Bijnor, ESCL, Ambasamudram, Kakira, Uganda, Mayuge, Uganda and many more

They are used to transport bulk materials along a tube by means of a screw. The screw consists of several blades in helix shapes that are welded to a pipe or a shaft which move the material. Screw conveyors are also known as spiral conveyors, helix conveyors and centerless auger conveyors. Their modular design makes them easy to install. They are compact in size, reliable and flexible in operation. Screw conveyors are an efficient way to move semi-solid materials, including food waste, wood chips, aggregates, boiler ash, municipal solid waste, and many others. A bucket elevator, also called a grain leg, is a mechanism for hauling flowable bulk materials (most often grain or fertilizer) vertically.It consists of:Buckets to carry the material.A belt to attach the buckets and transmit the pullMeans to drive the beltAccessories for loading the buckets or picking up the material, for receiving the discharged material, for maintaining the belt tension and for enclosing and protecting the elevator. A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps. A centrifugal discharge elevator may be vertical or inclined. Vertical elevators depend entirely on the action of centrifugal force to get the material into the discharge chute and must be run at speeds relatively high. Inclined elevators with buckets spaced apart or set close together may have the discharge chute set partly under the head pulley. Since they don't depend entirely on the centrifugal force to put the material into the chute, the speed may be relatively lower. Nearly all centrifugal discharge elevators have spaced buckets with rounded bottoms. They pick up their load from a booth, a pit, or a pile of material at the foot pulley. The buckets can be also triangular in cross section and set close to on the belt with little or no clearance between them. This is a continuous bucket elevator. Its main use is to carry difficult materials at slow speed. Teknik has supplied both types of bucket elevators. It has supplying a bucket elevator of more than 100 tons per hour capacity to SRSL (Munoli, Karnataka), SRSL ( Kandla, Gujarat ) and Maihar cement (Madhya Pradesh), etc.

The primary purpose of the stacking conveyor is commonly for stockpile material and bags, generally aggregate that will be used at a later stage. Mobile stacker conveyors provide our clients with an efficient, flexible means of conveying material. They are not only able to save vast volumes of time, but they also significantly cut down labor costs for our clients. They have the lowest average cost per ton of any stacking method and enable stacking in advance and retreat configurations as well as the ability to stack radially and laterally.

Apron Feeders are provided for extraction of material from hoppers and bins and for applications having high impact loads. In addition, these are also used to control the feed rate of more abrasive, heavy and lumpy materials. Apron feeders are used in mines & minerals, steel plants, coal fields, cement plants, thermal power stations, quarries and ports & harbors. In addition, they are also extensively used in aggregate making, crushing screening, heavy chemicals and paper mills. Teknik has supplied an Apron Feeder with a capacity of 2000TPH and 20 Meters Length for controlling the feed rate of Iron ore in a ship loading system. Teknik has also supplied Apron Feeder to Star Cement, Meghalaya for 1200 TPH for limestone handling.
