Alloy 600 Circle can be both hot formed and cold formed using typical processes. Nickel 600 Circle is non-magnetic, has excellent mechanical properties and a combination of high strength and good workability and is readily weldable. Nickel 600 Rings has oxidation resistance up to 2000 Degree F. These nickel alloys have a good bonding and long lasting properties. These products come in standard sizes. Other custom-built sizes and shapes are welcome as well.

These Monel 400 Rings (UNS N04400) are often used for Pumps and valves, which are used in the manufacture of perchlorethylene, chlorinated plastics. They are also used in Monoethanolamine (MEA) reboiling tube. During machining these Monel K500 Rings (UNS N05500) work harden rapidly, generate high heat during cutting, weld to the cutting tool surface and offer high resistance to metal removal because of their high shear strengths. Hardness values in Alloy 400 Circle are suitable for specification purposes provided tensile properties are not also specified. During aging in Alloy K500 Circle, a slight permanent contraction takes place, but little warpage occurs because of the low temperatures and slow cooling rates involved.
